My husband bought me a pair of Raybans for Xmas. The lens was shattered in the box. We went to the store where he purchased them to exchange and were told this had to be done online, even though they were purchased there. We filed a claim online and were told that we needed to pay over 150$ to repair the lens in the brand new, never worn glasses!! I called customer service to complain and was told to file a new claim. I asked to speak with the manager because I had already filed a claim but was refused. I was put on hold for over one hour before the line was disconnected. I called back and the new agent told me there was no manager on the weekend and wondered why I was put on hold in the first place. He also told me that the damaged lens was covered and couldn’t understand why we had been turned away at the store and again online. We had to file a second claim online and are waiting to hear back. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay away from Rayban!!

My experience at Ray Ban Aventura was spectacular and the attention of Mabell from Venezuela was super kind and friendly, I hope to see her again in the store on the next visit. The 5 stars are well deserve. Happy Holidays!

These 5 stars go not only to the store but to this Venezuelan woman named Mabell, who provided me with the best service. It's the 3rd time I've come to buy from her, and I love her energy, her smile, and her accent which, being Latina, is incredible! She demo the new smart meta for me, and it was perfect. I bought it and left very happy. Thank you, Mabell, you're the best!

The worst experience, at 7:40 pm they were closing and it said they closed at 8, apart from that I was looking at the store from the outside and they kicked us out, what a shame

We were walking in the Adventure Mall, Miami, FL, and decided to look at the Ray-Ban glasses.But we got Mr. Josue Loui's attendance. He is the most engaging and committed salesperson we have ever met.
