Caroline is so kind and accommodating. This is my second time getting my haircut and color done here by Farrah. She is amazing and did a wonderful job! This last time I went on a Saturday and Christina gave me an amazing head massage that I will definitely get extended next time :) I highly recommend Pyure salon for anybody who wants a great, relaxing, all encompassing, full on salon experience They welcome you with drinks, soak your feet in a water bath, massage of your hands..., You're so relaxed when you leave here, it's absolutely wonderful! Five stars!

Came in for a haircut. Brenda was my stylist. She was great: nice, patient, and did a great job. I had no idea a cut came with a head and hand massage - that was a plus!

Oh my god, my hair was so dead and straw like. I came to Olena and she lovingly chopped off everything dead. She gave me a botanical repair treatment and brought my hair back to homeostasis . The cut was absolutely wonderful and I look beautiful. Olena is the best and so kind. Love her and love pyure!

My hair is destroyed and I had a fairly bad experience here with a level five stylist that no longer works there. I mean I probably should've just gone somewhere else after the second time it was destroyed, I try to be nice about it and come back to try to get a text, but she ruined my hair. She disconnected the banks from the haircut, and I think she should've known better because I had another person do that before I came to the salon, and I had to wait months for that to go out, now I have bangs to the two short I'm gonna have to wait another few months for that to go out and this is completely and utterly unacceptable. What's worse is the salon basically told me that they don't have anybody any better, so they did give me a refund because they don't think they can fix it because apparently they don't have good hair Stylists, and when I called the manager was confused and it wasn't really her fault because the stylus had told her that I had seen somebody in between the haircuts which was completely untrue, so she had to call the stylus that no longer works there to confirm that basically she got all the information mixed up just like she got my haircut mixed up every time. I cannot stylist hair to anything resembling anything but unruly and falling all over the place and for an Aveda salon this is unacceptable. Yell the refund is not going to fix my hair, it's not going to grow back, my appearance is damaged buy this and I think I'm going to take it up with somebody because I'm not going to pay to have my hair destroyed I need to get a refund to go have it cut shorter when I wanted it cut the way it was I brought pictures I brought guidelines I brought a lot of things but I guess the stylus just wasn't able to do the haircut and I think she should've just told me that, I mean I went to the barbershop once and they looked at the haircut and said this is above our paygrade, we wouldn't wanna destroy your hair, but that way the salon was completely and utterly OK with disconnecting my haircut and destroying and then just connecting my bangs and ruining it. I thought my drivers license photo from when I arrive in Florida, in March, the other pictures are what my hair looks like when I try to stylet and then it just completely falls apart and I work in real estate and I can't walk around with hair like this, and the resolution was basically to give me my money and send me somewhere else so that I could roll the dice and hopefully somebody could do something with his dentist haircut, but I think that somebody should actually pay for destroying my hair and I think I'm going to take that matter up at this point because this is complete BS, I think maybe they're able to do women's haircuts and color, I really don't know, they have good reviews that's why I went there, but if you look at the photos you can see why I would never go back.

I don't understand this level system they have there. I usually go to a level "2" (I won't use names) and have been very very happy with him!! I booked a shampoo and blow out for an event I'm attending tomorrow with my regular guy whose cut & blow outs have been phenomenal!! But I got a call to say he was out sick but they can put me in for the same time with a "level 5" but it would cost a bit more, I said fine and thought we'll if I am happy with my regular guy whose a level 2 I should be wowed by the service of a "level 5"! .... NOT!! She didn't rinse all the conditioner out of my hair and didn't seem very comfortable with washing much less the blow dryer!! She used cold/Med heat on the dryer and seemed uncomfortable drying my hair ( kept taking arm breaks and wasn't pulling the hair out all the way to get the curl out , never even did the dryer touch the root of my hair! ) the sides were still wet and when I brought it up she said she thinks it's conditioner and brought out a spray bottle to rinse it!! ( didn't get it all out btw) . I left there thinking I was going to have to go home to re blow it so all the curl or frizz was gone and still felt my scalp itchy and heavy with conditioner. My blow out with my regular guy usually lasts 3-4 days but I'll be lucky if I don't have to rewash my hair before my event tomorrow due to the heaviness and itching from the conditioner. So, I spent more money for a "level5) and got a level 1 result..... My "level 2 " guy should get a raise and a much higher level in my opinion. I hope he's feeling better very soon because I won't be going to anyone else there no matter which "level "they are. I even had to look up online when I got home to confirm that I indeed had a "level 5" and that they didn't do a bait and switch on me the last minute but she is indeed a "level5" OY!

I highly recommend this salon, staff are the friendliest. Chelsea does color and she is the best so far from many places that I've been too. Shantel does cut and style very friendly and knowledgeable of what she does. Salon is extremely clean.

Shantal was so amazing! She left my hair feeling so fresh, I highly recommend her to my family and friends! She pays attention to detail well! I couldn't ask for a better hair stylist than her! If I can give more stars, I would've. Isn't this amazing? Book your appointment with her ASAP!!

I came to a this salon for the first time and my expectations were blown out of the water. I was met with with hair stylist Dianna & she explained all the salon amenities with a quick tour. After I explained my wishes for my haircut I quickly realized I was in great hands. I went for a bit cut, and to this day I've never gotten a bob cut so beautiful! Coming back for my trim soon! Dianna is so great she has those magic hands we all need and want. She gave me a brand new look for the fall and I'm beyond in love with my hair. Her energy and expertise and patience is something one should look for in a hair stylist. I would HIGHLY recommend Dianna make sure you call ahead of time so she fits you in!

Love this place! High end without the high end prices! I live on Miami Beach and I make the drive just to get my haircut by Dianna. Her hair cutting skills never cease to impress and always come out perfect and elegant.

This is a real high end salon, it looks and feels like your in a Beverly Hills or an upper east side salon. Very modern and ultra chic. My wife and daughter had their hair styled by Thalia, a young and talented stylist. They were so happy with their styles! Not to mention the prices, that are incredible! The young ladies there are all so nice and hospitable! I highly recommend them. Please support your local business, especially Pyure Salon! Ps. They are very Covid clean.

Loved my experience at this beautiful salon. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there and I felt very comfortable and just knew I was in good hands. I had a cut and blow with Diana - she is wonderful! Had great recommendations to fix up my dry hair. She was very sweet and friendly. Gave me the exact longbob haircut that I wanted. I normally am very uneasy getting my hair cut after the one time that it was butchered.... but here, I just knew I can trust her. Already booked my second appointment with her. Highly recommend! Also- since we are still in COVID season... they check temperatures at the door. Everyone wears a mask. All clients wait for their appointments outside. They also have hand sanitizers set up!I can say that I felt safe being there. I booked my color appointment (with Diana's suggested colorist) and I will be coming back next week for that.

Horrible experience. I got to the salon for my appointment and 5 minutes in the colorist said she can't do the color today because she doesn't have permanent developer. It's entirely understandable that businesses run out of a product, but why didn't they notice that earlier and call me to change my appointment. So not only did I leave work early and won't get paid for those hours, I didn't even get the color and haircut I had booked. And all they had to say was "sorry for the inconvenience." How about offer your customer a discount for their time and patience and rebook?! Highly recommend finding somewhere else to go. This place is not run well.

Pure Salon was clean and inviting. The Groupon I purchased was for Partial Highlights, Cut and Blow out. Service was on point offering tea, wine or water. The person that did my Highlights was talkative and friendly. At first I thought I was in good hands, but soon realized my hair was a bit orange and we had to retouch the situation, she never apologized for her mistake . The cut was good w Mario and he was helpful and sincere as to fixing the problem w the color as he was only supposed to cut.. He took it on himself to take me in the back and tone things down. Once I got home, I was happy w the results. Later though I can see the highlights placement she had done are not even. She needs a bit more training and experience.
