The customer service is top notch. The prices are the prices but the furniture they carry is beautiful. The sales staff is so helpful and when my contractor damaged my dining table months after my purchase they sent out a medic to fix the problem as soon as possible with no issues.

SHAZ KAI, the designer, is great! Phenomenal. The Logiscts/Shipping is a mess! I spoke to them 12 times, got 5 different delivery dates, and the problem continues. Wayfair delivery service is 10 x better than RH. Such a nice brand is RH, with total disregard to customer satisfaction when comes to delivering big pieces of furniture.

A tad overpriced... and their furniture doesn't wear well. I've bought pieces for myself and recently my designer did for some clients and they aren't happy. After a brief period they look. To start, the ubiquitous "The Cloud" sofa looks like The Lump after awhile no avoiding it. And while their outdoor furnishings look fabulous you need to keep them indoors or they get ruined; they claim it's all the local weather that wears down the teak... but here in CR where it's heat and rain teak is the wood of choice. My Shagreen desk also has begun to wear away at the edges discoloring :/. My desk chair has casters but does not roll... they sent a medic but no solution to the casters, which are ruining my 1934 Italian tiled floors. Ambitious showrooms they call "galleries", and Ceo/Guru Gary's monochrome approach to decor works for a lot of people who can't work with color. But beyond the marketing, glorious repurposed grandiose showrooms, they really are not the quality one expects for luxury... I need it to be said, along with others who reviewed here: the customer service in their Aventura showroom is rude and uncomfortable to witness. Their sales team have drunk the Gary Friedman Koolaid. I sent my designer to shop there and she was mortified at their attitude. Which is why I'm writing this review. A friend called it the rooms-to-go for the rich. It's having it's hey day but not sure how long it will last. Good luck to them but my old love for them has faded like their teak furniture, worn away by their attitude like my Shagreen desk ...

Should have listened to previous reviews. I visited this location today and the sales associate never made an effort to greet me or see how he could be of assistance. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes and passed by him multiple times. This was at 11am when the store opened, four people came in during the time I was there. I read an earlier review and thought it must be an off day and decided to give it a shot. Huge waste of my time.

This has been the worst experience in every aspect , I was given a delivery date of November and it’s almost February and still have an incomplete order, I called over 3 times to confirm delivery and on day of delivery someone says they forgot to confirm so they couldn’t deliver the items , the day the delivered the items half of the items were delivered broken. Customer service is the absolute worst. Now they I won’t receive the missing items til July. They really only care about selling you expensive furniture and then you are on your own.

Upon entering the store, my family was not greeted by staff. We walked around for about 20 minutes past 3 or 4 employees and not once did anybody ask if we needed anything or had any questions. At one point, my mother and I were looking at a table and saying how much we liked it. An employee, overhearing, flipped over the sales tag and said “this is how much it is,” she walked away slowly. It was obvious that they did not believe we could afford the furniture and did not care to assist us and because of that, they will not have our business.

0 stars!!! I worked with their designer on several rooms and purchased almost $100K in furniture. I waited 6 months for the furniture to arrive and was SO DISAPPOINTED!! All of the main pieces of furniture for each room were the wrong size and did not fit in my space. Secondly, many pieces of furniture were missing parts and could not be installed. These were custom pieces too! I have some damaged furniture that I am waiting for them to exchange. They said it's "in-house" and "ready for dispatch" for the last month and still haven';t had them exchanged. I expressed my frustration with the designer and asked for him to re-do one of the rooms. In my "design" meeting with him, he flat out told me that several accent pieces that I kept did not go with the flow/space but said I shouldn't return it. He also put zero effort in re-doing the room. He was pushing certain fabric colors that clearly did not go with the space. HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO THEM.
