The store didn’t take a return of its own brand piece (with a receipt!) claiming that i changed the tag or something completely fake, made up just not to take the return. I didn’t even check the tag since it was just tried on and it didn’t fit. Will never shop in this store again, these people lost a loyal customer. This was my first return attempt there after years of shopping, and i just wanted to exchange the size. Horrible customer service.UPD: Just read the other reviews and see that it’s a systemic problem. The Smith guy who my return was not accepted by just thinks it’s his own store and takes upon himself to make his own rules, as if it’s a franchise or something, and returns are his personal losses. The employees obviously don’t comply with the store policy, because i know from experience of shopping in the flagship store in NYC that this behavior goes against the store policy. Saks as a business selling luxury clothing accepts returns very well, without prejudice.Saks, you must fire these people, they’re driving good customers away from the store and making it very trashy!

There was a reason i never shopped here. Terrible customer service. I purchased a long sleeve shirt and got it home. I removed the tag to wear the garment. After taking the tag off to wear the garment i realized it was defective. An entire side of stitching on the sleeve and down the side of the shirt was undone. In good faith i brought the garment back three days after purchasing it. I waited in line and approached the agent when called. It just so happened to be the store manager AIDA. It all went downhill after that. She would not accept the garment for return or exchange. I even asked for store credit and she stuck to the store policy that the tag had to be attached. I explained the garment was defective . She wouldn’t budge for customer service. She then went on to say if the tags were attached she would have to look at the cameras and do an investigation and interview the cashier who sold me the garment to verify that the garment was defective and damaged when she sold it to me. Really? AIDA went from retail store manager to high profile forensics detective on 2.5 seconds. Anyways moral of the store is that AIDA you need to bend the rules for customer service sometimes. And understand that sometimes things happen. Another local store accepted the return and apologized for your behavior. Thanks!

Came back from visiting the store, still stunned. Garbage everywhere, racks have not been organized for weeks/months, the selection is worst imaginable(!), noone is helping on the floor. Any grownups left in the house? Shame! The store is dying...

What a team... outstanding. Start w Sarah, Willie and others where they were bending forward and backward to find what I desired and soo happy that they found it.. i think this is my store. I have been waiting for almost a month for my refund! Every time I call/message it's some excuse. I have never been through so much trouble to get a refund for a companies mistake. Horrible!

Poor product selection useless unfriendly staff. Rude and defiant rather than helpful. Better to buy it in the online store. Just one thing to be careful: don’t trust sale prices. When you order the item it arrives with the price tag showing fullPiece as being the one you paid. Bad practice.

I use to love the store but I was very disrespected by the Manager William Smith. I couldn't return an Item that I returned before.. is that normal?! They haven't even seen the product if it was refundable. Nothing! They sent me the wrong item and I can't return??

My wife purchased a relatively inexpensive necklace online. It was never delivered. I have cameras in front of my house. They would not send a replacement. I don't understand how they do business like this. I never use this company again.

I just had the absolute worst experience dealing with Saks fifth. I purchased a polo bucket hat online. They sent me a different item than the one pictured. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone being that it was a sale item and was not eligible for returns. I had to dispute this and wait on hold for a very long time. Now I have to go to the store print out a new shipping label. Return the item wait until they receive the item and then wait 15 days from my money back? And I was told that in order to get the shipping refunded I’m going to have to call back after they receive the item after I just waited that long on hold to deal with this in the first place. This is inconvenient and unacceptable and I would never purchase another item from this store ever again. Horrible customer service experience. It’s not my fault that you shipped me the wrong item. I will not shop here ever again based off of the experience I just had. This company should do way better than this.

Worst customer service. The store manger “Willie” is very disrespectful. I had a return shipping label from online order with instruction to return to nearest Saks off Fifth Ave store. The store manger refused to return the item and he said it is not his responsibility and he does not need to comply with the online store policy. They leave the customer in the middle between the online store instruction and the aventura store. Very bad experience.

Excellent shop. Went there on a recommendation. I didn't need a consultant. I found what I was looking for. Daughter sports suit and blouse.The cashier quickly resolved the issue. Instead of 2 cash desks, 3 began to work! Great things can be found if you try))) and quickly!
