I just visited the store looking for eye makeup products. Very disappointing. Very low inventory, messy samples, everything looked disorganized.Unfortunately I will go back to Macys and Amazon.

I come from Argentina and I have never been treated as well in this store as Laura Quintero, she is incredible. If I fly to this store it is because of her, thank you Laura, blessings!!!

I went to Shephora to look for a specific foundation, but I needed help with the shade and some other products I needed; I was lucky enough to meet Laura Quintero who, in addition to being super professional, was very kind. She helped me find the perfect shade of makeup base and I also took a service with her in which she put me on and showed me various products suitable for my skin and explained each step to me. She took her time and did a simple but beautiful makeup for me. It was important for me to bring the right foundation and concealer for important events and she advised me perfectly. A kind woman and with whom I would advise a thousand times more. Having professionals like this in the Shephora store makes us feel much more cared for, Laura is an asset. You have a gem with you, congratulations.

My order was supposed to arrive today and it hasn’t even been processed yet- and no one seems to know how long that will take. And I’m sure it will not arrive with the free samples and gift with purchase. Sometimes I receive useless substitutions but usually no substitutions at all. If things aren’t available- take them off your website. And stop advertising 3 day free shipping- it doesn’t exist. I was told to come to the store and purchase what I need, and then return the items that I eventually receive when they finally arrive, which is a waste of my time!

The world of perfumes and cosmetics... There are always a lot of people here and a good mood smells. The selection is huge, the prices are ordinary.

I went to sephora last night at 7pm asking if someone can do a face feature or full face makeup and the artist told me no because she’s actually leaving for her shift. Aventura mall has about 78,000 visitors and tourists walking into the mall everyday. You have a store full of employees and for what. Why do you guys hire all these employees to work and sell products but not all of them have a makeup artists certification. No i didnt have an appointment but I figured such a BIG STORE with a HIGH demand of customers and tourists coming in every day and a BIG staff everyone should be licensed/certified to do makeup. I left pissed. Like good for nothing. Theres no hustle. If I had a business and someone needs a service im gonna have someone available to do that service the moment we open till the moment we CLOSE. And not tell the customer no I got all these employees here but they gotta clock out and they’re not knowledgeable to do makeup but our store closes in another 2 hours.

Not enough staff to really service customers as it was very busy. The staff that were there tried their best. Great selections but also shelves needed replenishing badly. This was a week before Christmas so expected

What a horrible experience! First of all, they tried to close before the said closing time, then the manager let others in but not me, because I was with my dad who was wearing a kippah. They were yelling and being very aggressive. Then a very nice worker helped us I was able to get what I came for. I hope the executives assess how the employees treat customers, especially Jewish customers…. I felt I was being treated differently due to my culture. So unfortunate.

All I needed was to get one thing but then they didn’t have it but anyway I ran the other side of Aventura mall to go to Sephora. They were screaming and trying to kick me and my dad out but then there was this Israeli Jewish woman and was absolutely amazing. She helped me get what I want and need and I feel really bad because I can’t remember her name but there was also another lady who was rude and had no manners and was absolutely horrible because she was literally making me cry and was yelling at me and my father to try to get us out and wouldn’t even let us pay but at the end of the day I realized there was a black lady *not being racist* and didn’t let her in and me and my dad as a Israeli Jew wouldn’t be allowed in but the rude girl that I was talking about let a American family who at the end got like 10 things. I hated my experience at this Sephora location. This is the ONLY Sephora next to my house. I will drive to a different location now I am not going back there.
