It was my first time here and I must say the ladies working at this location are the sweetest, most welcoming staff I’ve ever experienced at a chain like this. The young lady taking my order was sweet and understood exactly what I wanted, she had great work ethic and understood the menu perfectly. The minute I walked into the store I was greeted with beautiful smiles and genuine love. I will 100% be back! It’s rare to find places that you WANT to tip generously, this is the place. Thank you!

The workers could not change the protein to vegan (I’m lactose intolerant) after two times in a row asking them to change and they changed to vegan to the person behind me.One of the workers looked really weird at me and it made me uncomfortableVegetarian options: None because they don’t careDietary restrictions: No care about lactose intolerant

Smoothie was really good. Service by cashier today 7/25/23 at around 6:05pm , was unpleasant and horrible. When we walked toward register she didn’t greet us. When my wife asked what she would recommend she said “it’s not my taste buds” . My wife then asked my thoughts and she ordered. I then ordered. Right after she took my order and I was about to pay but had not paid yet, I asked if I could change it because I didn’t see you had a Keto option. She winced and shrugged her shoulders making it apparent it was difficult and said “nahh. Not really.”I then asked her if it was hard to change it . She said it was. So I paid. Then I realized what I originally ordered and what I newly saw on the menu , was the same price. So I asked her, since it’s the same price can she just make me the one I truly wanted. She said yes and asked me if I wanted “as is” I said yes. Then she Went to the register anyways and re did it.When we went to the counter to receive our just made smoothies. She slammed them on the counter one to my wife and the second one to me. We pretended we didn’t notice because I’m a therapist and life coach and we don’t reward bad behavior with attention.We’re not regulars. But we’re business owners as well. This young woman (thinner side with braides) shouldnt be serving customers. She needs accountability and retraining. We hope her and your business the best in all things.

The worst customer service. Placed an order at 185 location through the phone. When I get to 185, it's closed. Got y smoothie almost an hour later

Ordered a smoothie and PB swizzle bowl. The young kid made the bowl and used expired old mushy pruny blue berries on the bowl. I proceeded to ask him about it, I tried them and they were obviously old, and he told me they were the only ones he had. I asked if he would eat them and he said "probably not" BUT STILL PUT THEM ON TOP FOR US TO EAT. Crazy. My smoothie was good but I can't imagine seeing fruit like that and not offering the customer alternative when you know it's bad.

Came in because my family and I were craving smoothies, we love smoothie king and we all got our usuals but 2 of the smoothies just didn’t taste right/very watery. I tried to consult the cashier with one of the drinks but she was kind of rude so I just left. Disappointed with this service. Only good thing was that service was fast, will not be coming back here.

Placed a order for pickup. They tell me they cant find and they cant make it. I show them my receipt online and they find the paper receipt on the floor 5 mins later… why would i lie. Team seems always confused

Usually good, but sometimes fails the drink.I don't know how it's possible but I've been ordering, sometimes it's normal or as expected, and I'm always courteous (always say thank you etc)It seems sometimes when these certain women or people are there, they are like putting things in the drink, or doing it wrong. I felt like I was getting sick and drinking a bad smoothie. This has happened more than a few times now tbh..When it's certain people who are just doing it properly, there's no issue at all.It's usually hard to tell and I don't have time to sit there taste-testing to tell them to try to remake it, because it tastes like horrible and not at all how it should. Depends on the people, or something is wrong sometimes.Never happens on other location(s), hasn't happened until recently until this location. If it's true (intentional or negligence) then it's still sickening because no one should have to take home any 7-12$ things and then dump it because of food poisoning.. just because someone didn't do their job, or did something wrong intentionally.Tbh some people are unfair or annoying, but I don't deserve this. Not being unreasonable. 99% of my orders are app pickups, no interaction. Frankly not even the annoying people deserve this.
