I love this store! I have many pieces from them. I just bought a beautiful piece to go with a dress for a wedding and got many compliments. It’s great quality merchandise and the customer service is responsive and professional.

My husband bought me $400 worth of their jewelry for our anniversary
They sell it as a no fade metal and that it doesn’t turn black. I wore the jewelry 3-4 times occasionally and it turned dark as cheap metal.
I went to the store and asked to explain me why it turns black , they said it needs cleaned. I left the jewelry for cleaning and when I went to pick it up they wouldn’t give it to me before I pay $10 (which I never was told about when I dropped the jewelry). On top of it they said they would call in a week so I can pick it up - no one ever called in three weeks until I went myself. Disappointed

The store has a lot of variety but the quality isn’t that great. My necklace broke and I repaired it at a different jeweler where it broke 2 weeks later so the second time I took it to swagychic for repair and it broke a month later. A necklace shouldn’t be breaking that often especially if it’s for everyday wear.
