I wish I didn't have to post this review, but almost EVERYTHING was wrong and it was solely due to negligence. I went to the store and had the goal of upgrading 2 phones on my family bill. The lady that helped us, her name was Josie I believe. I needed a few different things handled as I was preparing to spend a significant amount at the store that day. She forgot to hand me any chargers that she had upsold me on, when I asked if everything was there she told me not to worry she had everything in the bag. Then when transferring information to one of the phones from an old phone, my father had trouble signing into his apple id, she blew us off and sent us to the apple store where we waited in line for 30 more minutes, for them to tell us we have to handle it over the phone. Lastly, my one phone ended up not registering the phone number it was under. Therefore, the phone couldn't receive any calls, which we had to spend another 45 mins over the phone with customer support to trouble shoot. Lost a-lot of time that day. If you value time and making sure you're taken care of, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience. They told me that for buying 3 lines, they would give us 2 new iPhone 13s and 1 Apple Watch for free.The surprise came when we received the bill. They charged us for the equipment, which was supposedly “free.”A real scam. Eye!!!

Luis the assistant Manager was very helpful. I told him what I wanted and when I needed and he went above and beyond to get me what I needed and what I wanted more places in the mall to have people like him working in their locations he was exemplary I would definitely recommend, anyone to go there and deal with Luis and his employees I switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and it was a great deal.

It has been the most impressive and most rewarding customer service experience I’v had in over 10 yrs in this country and internationally; Your representative Luis G. from management team in the Aventura Mall store is a BIG STAR and should be commanded for his outstanding service; he deserve a huge recognition from T-Mobile because I just came in for info and left the store with a new phone and happily switched my business from AT&T.
