Went to notarize a document at 8:30 AM and the manager took the key of the drawer where the wet seal was stored. the manager. Wont come back to the agency until 12 PM. Thay totally ruined my day.

I visited TD Bank Aventura three times, and each time, they failed to assist me with withdrawing money from my business account, consistently providing lame excuses. This has been an utterly frustrating and unhelpful experience, making it clear that their customer service and ability to address simple banking needs are severely lacking. Disappointing service overall.I believe TD Bank Aventura has employees who display discriminatory behavior. As soon as they learned about my non-American passport, I started facing difficulties and challenges, indicating a possible bias. This experience raises serious concerns about fair treatment and professionalism within the bank.

I worked with Hector very unprofessional if you speak English. Another teller stated to Hector “could you help him when you’re finished.. he speaks Spanish very nice easy client.” As if he preferred Spanish speaking “easy” clients. I asked Hector does he have trouble speaking English based on the comment and he stated “no.” And became very nervous and much nicer after. Do not work with Hector he is racist.

I went to the ATM inside the bank, I did a deposit, around $740.00, the ATM didn't returns my card, I spoke witht the associate and she returns my card, but the ATM only counts $140.00, the machine returns some money but around $200.00 was inside the ATM, I called the bank to do the claim and they told me that I need to wait 24hs. to do the claim, and after the claim is made I need to wait 5 days to get my money back, but I need to pay the car, fpl, etc. it is the worst bank in United States

This location is a high volume of local and nonlocal retail traffic affected by the lack of employees. It makes a painful in-store experience for account holders to get service on existing accounts They don't have an electronic lobby sign-in, Don't come here during lunchtime. You might need to wait until the person in charge of your case goes to break for an hour before you get help

When you call TD Bank’s corporate customer service line, the automated attendant states, “So that we provide legendary service, this call may be recorded”. Well, the customer service at this branch is HARDLY ‘legendary’!I had called the customer service line a few weeks ago and inquired on the specific procedure for depositing a two-person check. Not only was I given a specific response by the agent, but I double checked her response to be certain I was clear. However, on June 11th, the branch manager informed me that they could NOT honor my deposit despite what I was told. When I informed the manager that I had been instructed by Corporate Support on the procedure, the manager’s response floored me!! And I quote verbatim, “Our Customer Service Department gives out wrong information all the time.” To which I responded, “Excuse me?!”. And she then repeated herself saying, “As long as I’ve been working for TD Bank, the Customer Service Department gives out wrong information all the time…”.So basically the BRANCH MANAGER is saying that TD Bank employees are not adequately trained!!! I ask you, how can this level of customer service be considered “legendary”???

Incompetent. They didn't want to service me and told me it would take 2 or more hours to see me because of their lobby traffic. There was 2 people in front of me . It obviously takes 40 min per customer

Worst experience ever! I opened few months ago for my friend account with 1 passport and rental contract. After few months my other friend wanted to open account and they were so rude and asked for ID and passport (while lots of people from Europe dont have driving licenses, they refused open account). Worst experience ever!
