My husband used to but many rackets, clothes, tennis shoes, tennis bag (maybe 3per year or more) and today we stoped bought another one and they’re no available for restroom customer ( only for employees) that is awful and unprofessional we come from palm beach.They have lost our business for something they should make available

Great store if you play tennis they have an amazing racket selection. I went in with tennis elbow the guy knew exactly what racket to sell me. They strung it in less than an hour. I was very happy with the knowledge staff. I will definitely go back to this store.

Last Sunday I passed for the store ! I was looking for a new racquet. I was in the area where are the expensive ones ! Anyone came to offer me help and at least say hi! This is sad. I was expecting of this store!

Went in to get a Padel racket, one of the manager was knowledgeable and recommended a middle of the road racket to start. Played twice now and love it. Will be back for my next one!

The very nice, but they disappear once they give you the shoe to try on not knowledgeable on their products and they don't help at all. Customer Service could be a lot better.!

Great store with multiple options for tennis players. Went there to get a tennis racquet and was fascinated by all the tennis products they had. They also have products for Pickellball and Paddle for those interested. Overall good pricing and the people that work there are very nice. Recommended for everyone that is looking to start in one of those racquet sports!

Abscence of inventory in a variety of sizes for leading brands namely Addidas Wilson. Lack of product availability for specific tennis shoes, oddly with a store that carries the name Tennis plaza. Low energy and seems very un motivated sales person whom kept efforts to a minimum

Horrible service within minutes of walking into the store, after 30 seconds we walked out. The vibe was horrible and the staff was unkind and unfriendly. They just lost at least $1000 on our first sale as my husband and i needed everything and over our tennis lifetime, many more thousands! Ill gladly drive further for better customer service!!
