The agents at this location gave our vehicle away to another customer. Then they placed a vehicle on our account without disclosing that it had over 700 miles. We called to have the situation rectified for days. Today we spoke to Brian who proceeded to place us on hold and then spoke very negatively about us saying we shouldn’t be complaining. He told another employee that he was going to tell us he is messaging a manager but would not do so. He went on for over 5 minutes completely trashing us as a customer. We are completely appalled by this and will be escalating.

We went to Tesla on Black Friday and found out that there was a test drive for the whole night for free. They took it at 5 pm, returned it at 10:30 am, they immediately ordered a new one for themselves and at 11:30 the order was placed and I saw the car in the Tesla program, a very competent representative, Louis, helped with placing the order

We went to this salon in Adventura Mall, Miami on November 21. My friend wants to buy a Tesla on financial. He has a "good" credit rating. The dealership managers treated us with hostility. The first question was: "Where are you from, guys?" Then a Russian-speaking girl said she would not serve us, pointed to the computer and left. Value judgment is disgusting service. It smells of bullying and discrimination. It was very unpleasant. This is my personal opinion.

I had a good experience with the guys at the showroom in the Aventura mall, they guided me through the models and tried to make the process easier, besides some technical issues we had with the app, we had to wait longer for the order delaying the delivery date. However, Wolfgang was very diligent and helpful following up and making sure I got it right.

After I got approved to lease a Model Y 2023. I went there to discuss they monthly payment bcz I was not happy with it but Wolfgang showed me how it was more beneficial to buy the car instead. I was still not convinced until he offered to test drive it. I Told him I was a new driver but he trusted me and simply gave me the car to drive for 30 minutes. Everyone there are always ready to help.

“I bought a Tesla car, waited for it for almost a year, and then approximately one month later, it had a staggering price drop of around $15,000. This is very unfair for thousands of people who were in this situation, aside from the already long wait. I saved a lot of money through hard work and endured many frustrations during the wait. They initially said it would take 3 to 4 months, but it ended up being almost a year of waiting. I called customer service to discuss my situation, but they neither answer nor respond to my situation. Such a price drop is unjust. I paid $68,000 for the 2023 model and when I tried to resell it at the same place of purchase, they offered me $38,000, a difference of almost $30,000. It’s truly unbelievable. Tesla should assist all those affected individuals. As buyers, we don’t purchase shares, yet we are treated as such for the price drop they experienced. I would like to know if they would treat us the same way when stock prices rise. I need a response and a solution for those of us who have been most affected. This kind of situation doesn’t exist in any car purchase and sale, apart from the excessively long delay and price drop.”

We drove for about 40 min to Aventura only to see if the car would fit my daughter’s wheelchair. No vehicles were on display, and they asked us to come back in a couple of days or to show them online.We asked if we could see the cars located at the parking space where the “Test drive” sign was, and the person at the store said they couldn’t show us those cars because those were “their” cars.I don’t think their service was good at all.
