The manager was very sweet, but unable to complete the simplest of tasks in a timely manner, and I will be going back to see if they can sort me out in which case I may revise my rating; but, till then, while mediocre to friendly service is hard to come by in Miami…idk if I can say more?

Store is kinda small. Staff is not really helpful. Overall assortment is ok. Medium sizes may be difficult to find depending on the item.

Very good customer service. As soon as you walk in, they ask if you need anything and they help you out finding anything.
They also help y’all if you call and ask if they have an item they’ll hold it for you until you get there to make sure that no one else takes it from me, which is great.

Super unfriendly Staff. We wanted help looking at backpacks, but when I looked at the team members, they looked away and walked in the other direction. When we eventually got someone to help us, they told us they had a small selection of bags because they were out of season. The staff would do anything other than actually help you get something
