Always a wonderful experience. I get presents for my daughter and my goddaughter in Tiffany’s at Aventura Mall every year. Always silver. My salesperson, Olivia, informed me that they were in the process of removing silver from displays. But, she then proceeded to help me find something for my goddaughter. She was super helpful and very friendly. A great experience as usual!

Natalia was super nice and helpful! The clasp on my bracelet broke and the repair was done quickly (took about a week or so, taking into account they ship it to NYC for repairs). Ended up leaving with the matching necklace , thank you Natalia 🩵

Don’t purchase from them at all tiffany and co has the worse repair team they aren’t there for the customers at all their jewelry is very CHEAP quality

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the excellent service at the Tiffany store. Today I had an issue with my bracelet, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and professionally the staff resolved it. Special thanks to Natalia she gave me her full attention, listened carefully, and in just a couple of minutes helped replace my bracelet with a new one without unnecessary questions or formalities. It was truly pleasant and valuable. Thank you for caring about your customers and for living up to the trust in your brand! 💙

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Tiffany & Co. store in Aventura Mall, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Alex Krylova. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
The piece of jewelry I was looking for wasn’t available in the store, but Alex went above and beyond to track it down. She quickly found it at a location in Washington, D.C., coordinated everything without hesitation, and had it shipped to me in just two days.
Alex’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication made my experience unforgettable. I truly can’t imagine a better or more caring sales associate. She is a shining star at that store and absolutely deserves recognition. Nino also carefully put the jewerly that I purchased and wrap it up for me with such a care and attention. She is also a shining star at that store and absolutely deserves recognition.

I have tried to call the store four times and no one has Gotten back to me when you call the number on the receipt you are calling a customer service center and they cannot follow up on orders that are shipping from the store. They sent emails supposedly to the store and the manager is supposed to get back to you. They do not.. This is not target. This is Tiffany & co. I expected better customer service. Margarita was supposed to called back. After 2 months I'm still waiting. I won't return to that store.

These people don’t respect the customer. Bought one of their pieces and it didn’t come in on time took over a week to show up. Mind you I was told the piece would arrive in about 3 to 4 days. I was under the impression they would comp some work I needed done to the piece since it was late, which they did not communicate to me, but no they charged full price then kept the piece for about a month for a simple resizing service. Won’t ever touch Tiffany again. Sticking to Jared they know how to treat paying customers.

Incredibly unpleasant and disheartening experience shopping at this location that has led me to the conclusion to never buy from Tiffany again.
After purchasing a Tiffany T-wire bracelet with my mother at this location, I noticed the Ts were out of alignment and decided to return the bracelet. Wore it only once for a few minutes after purchase to try it on.
When my mother went to return the bracelet, Ronnie and the manager Andrea treated her with hostility and dishonesty and made false accusations to refuse a return including that something had spilled on the bracelet and the spring mechanism was damaged. We ended up in an unfavorable situation of having to exchange the product for some other pieces and an overall bad taste for Tiffany's product quality and customer service.
To gaslight the customer like this to refuse a return is a poor look for a brand like Tiffany. Will not be purchasing from Tiffany again or recommending its products to anyone in my network.

Overall, designer jewelry that I don’t think it’s worth what it costs but my wife and daughter likes it 🤷🏻
I spend my money on my wife and daughters, so they are the ones dressing with over $100k on them. I rather have money in the bank, then dress like I have money and be broke (I’ve met many people like that). Either way I like to be comfortable, usually my clothes is not designer clothes. The point is, every time I walk into these kind of stores (except for Cartier). They look at me from head to toe, and it feels like I am a bother (waste of time). You would think it’s in my head, until I bring my wife with me, and they take one look at her and all the sudden she’s trying $20,000+ jewelry. I own designer clothes, and shoes but they are very uncomfortable and I really don’t see the hype. Maybe I just don’t care about clothes as much as cars 🤷🏻

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. When I picked my order up, the bag looked crumpled, which is extremely frustrating since this was meant to be a gift. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive the gift card that was supposed to be included, that making my gift incomplete. This is not the level of service I expected, and I’m very unhappy with how this turned out. Terrible service!
