I was able to place a pick up order for this location and received a confirmation email that the order was ready. Upon arrival the door was locked even though I arrived two hours before closing time and the employee stared at me through the window without coming to the door to acknowledge me or the several other clients outside. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Went in for a last minute hair cut and Shireen did an excellent job. My hair needed a little refresher, I was in and out and very pleased with my cut! I will definitely be coming back to book another service with her.

The manager Ciara (not sure how she spells her name) was very rude, unhelpful, and just chatting loudly with other sales associates about when she is off. She acted very unprofessional and sassy when asked for managerial help. Like she was speaking down to a friend instead of helping a customer. Luckily the sales associate did a better job than her (should’ve got her name because maybe she should be in a managerial position instead).

I just had a great experience with stylist Julia, and I have to share how amazing she is! She's so friendly and professional, and her haircutting skills are top-notch. Plus, her expertise in hair color really shines through—she knows just how to make every look pop! I can't recommend her enough!

I feel like the company and this specific store have problems after problems. Never stocked items despite online showing they are stocked. Subpar customer service. Now I drove all the way to pick something up and there systems are offline- with a I’m sorry to say- pathetic excuse why. Yall need to hire new management. I wish I could get what I want from Sephora… I hate having to buy from Ulta.

I called Ulta to inquire about a new perfume release, as I had been hired to film content for its launch. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee who answered the phone was rude and abruptly hung up in the middle of our conversation. When I called back, she picked up and immediately hung up again. This behavior is both unprofessional and disrespectful. I also spoke with the manager, who showed no concern or accountability for how the situation was handled. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable and left a very poor impression.

My hair had some weird buildup and looked so dull and dry (indeed!). Since I have a keratin treatment, I have to be extra cautious with shampoos, especially clarifying ones. I looked online and checked with Ulta, then called the store to see if they had it in stock because the website showed none. Anica not only had the last one waiting for me upon arrival, she also had a store hairdresser to check my hair and give me advice. Beyond attentive customer service!

Ulta Beauty has been an awful experience. The company is greedy and treats employees with zero respect — firing people without warning and expecting them to do tasks completely outside their roles, like cleaning and handling heavy boxes.
The management is especially terrible. Ruth and Sil are completely unprofessional and lack even the most basic skills needed to manage a team. They have no leadership abilities, no social skills, and no business being in a position of authority. They create a toxic work environment and do nothing to support or uplift their staff.
If you value respect, professionalism, or decency — do not give Ulta your business.
I’m deeply disappointed in the way Ulta handles their employees. Firing someone with no proper notice and escorting them out within two hours is not just unprofessional—it’s dehumanizing. These are people who have dedicated their time and energy to the company, not criminals. Treating them like they’ve done something wrong by having security walk them out is unnecessary and completely disrespectful. Ulta should be ashamed of how it handles terminations. Loyalty clearly means nothing here, and that says a lot about the company’s values.

It’s basically has turned into CVS. They use to carry ProActive Products. High end perfume & makeup you can’t get anywhere else. Now it’s just cluttered w cheap junk.
