AVENTURA ups repeatedly and continuously is completely uneducated in any idea of how what ups operations looks like as a business or shipping company as you attempt any information the blind irresponsible answered having nothing to do with shipping packing. Nothing an ups location operates normally doing these people seem to be on another planet. No clue of their jobs make absurd rules nonexistent. Basic lies to get out of work of any kind. They take up space giving ups a very bad rep. Save yourself time aggravation go right to Hallendale beach location. They know what they’re doing. When I called they weren’t surprised at the disaster at aventura apparently it’s the regular over there how it’s not yet shut down is beyond. Rude inept. Please ups save yourself. Close it down.

I recently visited this UPS for delivery, expecting the same level of customer service I’ve received at other UPS locations. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the staff refused to sign a form required by UPS as a representative for insurance purposes.
As a business with the UPS name, I would have expected them to support customers in handling standard UPS procedures, especially those related to insurance forms by UPS. Instead, their refusal created unnecessary complications and delays. I understand that each store may have its policies. Still, if they are unwilling to assist with essential UPS-related matters, customers should be informed beforehand to avoid wasting time.
If you're looking for a UPS store that goes the extra mile to assist with all UPS-related services, I recommend checking other locations before visiting this one.

I assume it's a UPS Store mailbox. My review is that I tried to purchase some labels for $20 and they want to charge me shipping of $21 for shipping in FL. That's crazy!
Update: I got an apology from the UPS Store. It's not the UPS Store that I am complaining about. I am complaining about Officecrave.com which is run out of your store mailbox.
