I had the most wonderful shopping experience in the Valentino store at the Aventura Mall! In need of a purse for an upcoming trip , and not a lot of time to invest …..the rapid attention and service I received from the representatives at this establishment was stellar . They were warm , friendly and really invested in my visit . They listened to my needs and were able to help me add a beautiful addition to my purse wardrobe . I highly recommend !!!!

Extremely bad service! I left a bag at the store 8 months ago for a small repair (under warranty) and they haven’t returned my bag. Every time I call or go to the store to request a status on the order I just get excuses. It has passed 8 months and I am still waiting for the bag. Very disappointed with the service!

Very disappointed in the customer service! my husband wants to buy a pink bag for me yesterday , and the guard on the door let two women come inside and shut door right in front our faces and he asked "are you with them? " inside in the store was only one costomer! So this is was so disappointing and disrespectful! We went right to next store Givenchy and he got me a beautiful pink bag! I came back and showed this to the guard! Keep closing doors in front of the consumers faces! You are not going to make sells!

I was against the wire during Christmas time and called into the store to check on a shoe and size. Jess The manager was able to locate the shoe and size and even hold it for me until I was able to make it in the next day! It being Christmas time that is a huge deal. I will definitely be returning.
