I am editing this review. I went to the store yesterday and was helped to get in contact with customer service’s support number for a complicated issue. I then left, and ended up getting fraudulent activity on my account. The corporate team that I had to call to resolve this activity thought that the fraud happened from the store, which it did not. In fact, an employee at one of the Customer service lines overseas, changed my email and removed some numbers from my account, trying to hack into my account.
I came to the store after this incident, and the assistant manager helped me resolve the incident with the fraud department and customer service unfortunately, because there were so many people on my account during this issue, there was a misunderstanding that the store was at fault. The manager handled this with grace and dignity. While I can no longer give the customer support at Verizon a five star review after seven years of service because a call center employee did commit fraud, I can give this store an outstanding review for helping me to resolve this fraud. Thank you.

Edwin was so kind and thorough in explaining the different promotions that I decided to switch from AT&T, even though I had no plans to do so. He was patient, and the management was also helpful.

Edwin at the Verizon store in Aventura was truly exceptional; professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I originally came in just to upgrade my phone, but thanks to his guidance, I walked out with an Apple Watch and iPad as well, all at an affordable monthly payment.

I had a great experience working with Edwin at Verizon!
He helped me set up a new phone line and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Edwin was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He answered all my questions clearly and ensured everything was up and running before I left. It’s rare to come across customer service this good — thank you, Edwin!

I am very happy with the service I received from Anthony on 01/27. I was switching from my dad's plan with AT&T to my first plan for myself and I had a lot of questions. he was extremely helpful and did not get annoyed with my never-ending questions lol. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting the cost and what plan worked best for me Thanks Anthony!!! -Kelsey

If I could put 0 stars I would do. Every time I come to the store it’s no proper assistance. They just give you a number to call. We stayed on the phone over an hour sitting in the store. Cuz their employees instead of giving customer service were sitting on instagram checking their phones and we were siting trying to call a customer service through the phone. Never resolved issue in this location. Unprofessional staff.

I recently received exceptional assistance at this store. The staff here demonstrated remarkable professionalism, offering invaluable assistance with patience. I encountered an issue with my phone, and they swiftly and expertly resolved it; they are truly phone wizards. Their depth of knowledge left me impressed, and I believe their expertise deserves more recognition. I'll undoubtedly return to this location for any future needs. If it were possible, I would gladly award them 10 stars without hesitation.

I went in today because my iPhone was severely cracked on the back only and it wouldn’t charge. The young lady put my phone on a wireless charger and it was able to charge. I didn’t have insurance and an upgrade was going to cost over 500.00 dollars. I told them I have a phone at home in California that I would use when I got back home. They offered me a 50.00 wireless charger. I was thrilled. Thank you for your help ladies!! I should have gotten there names sorry!
