“Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Valencia at the Pet House Clinic. My dog was unexpectedly attacked by another dog, and he had two severe bite wounds on his shoulder and his chest I immediately called Pet House Clinic and even though they were about to close for the day, I was told to bring him right in. Upon arrival, Dr. Valencia so Teddy and assessed his wounds. She was able to clearly explain the nature of the bites, what the different outcomes might be, and how to care for him at home His injury required the office to stay open much later than usual. Dr. Valencia was so caring and concerned that she called me that evening to check on my dog’s progress I brought Teddy back to Dr Valencia three days in a row for her to check and clean out the wounds Fortunately, Teddy’s wounds did not become infected and he healed perfectly. I am so thankful to Dr Valencia for her knowledge, care and compassion. I also want to mention that her staff is outstanding and the office is spotless. I hope your pet never experiences an emergency but if they do, I could not recommend Pet House more highly. Teddy will now go there for all his vet needs.”

“I'm only going to give 5 stars for the attention of the administration girls and Dr. Grisel Delafe, who are super friendly, and they make me feel so confident, I have already visited this clinic several times!! The truth is that I am disappointed in the attention of the dentist and the assistant, I don't know what tools she put in my mouth, it hurt a lot and I took it out and put it back in all the time because I didn't know how to fit it or I didn't know how it was going! (I hurt myself under my tongue and palate) the dental doctor didn't give me any solution!!! I went with my wisdom tooth in too much pain and he was not able to tell me what medications to buy and he told me to go to the emergency room in case I had an infection that they would treat me there!!! 1st, I pay for him to take care of me, not for him to send me to another place! I'm going so they can give me solutions! He only treated me for two seconds and hurt me and that's it!! What attention is that? Omg I don't recommend it, it's very expensive and even more so when you have to do a lot of studies!”
“I can’t give Dr. Stone enough praise. The staff is always so attentive, empathetic and patient. Dr. Stone does a wonderful job at explaining what is going on with your pet and provides clear instructions on what to do to nurse them back to normal. I drive all from Miami dade county because of how caring he is with my little senior poodle.”
“I brought my cat here to get her spayed and everyone was so nice and friendly. The prices definitely beat any other place , they don’t try to upsell anything and are honest about additional procedures. But most importantly my cat Selene was comfortable, healing went well and she is in recovery now. I had a concern about how her surgery site looked, sent them a picture and they got back to me right away reassuring everything was going well. Highly recommend them!❤️ thanks to the whole team”

“I can't recommend these kind-hearted people enough! I came in yesterday with my daughter's Syrian hamster who unfortunately had a large tumor growing on his chest. The doctor and his nurse treated me and our little furball with all the dignity, compassion and respect that any family dog or cat would deserve. They saw me the same day, were very transparent about expectations, and extremely kind to me during a tough moment. It would have been easy to be flippant with such a tiny creature but they treated my grief with the same reverence as the loss of any family member. The hardest part of having a pet is when their little lives come to an end. We all want to make sure that we give them humane and dignified end-of-life care and minimize any needless suffering. The team here allowed me to leave with my conscience and my heart clear knowing that I did the best I could by our little Jimmy ♥️ ? RIP little guy

“Can I say something? I love it here. Dr. G and his team are amazing. They listen attentively and consider every possible option. Rest assured, we've tried many veterinary clinics for Mila and worked tirelessly to diagnose her. But no one has examined her as meticulously as Dr. G. This, in my opinion, is what real medicine is. Other clinics constantly ask for more tests, ultrasounds, and other things that cost you money, but Dr. G focuses directly on the problem and does whatever he can to resolve it quickly. If your pet means everything to you, come here”

“I've been taking my cats here for several years and I love the way Dr. Bennett and her staff treat my babies (and me). Their care and service are first class! I love how they entrust me with the care of cat rescues that come in to their clinic, some with very special needs (injuries, diabetes, abandonment, etc.). Over the years, I've learned from them how to administer subcutaneous fluids, give medicine by the mouth, and give insulin shots in order to care for cat babies with these and other special needs. I've also had to learn various behavioral strategies in order to handle and care for the really hard cases. So, I'm here to learn so I can continue to help them out with cat rescues in need.”
“We recently arrived in the United States and brought our little dog Peter from Colombia. I reviewed the veterinary clinics in the area a lot via Google and read every comment trying to find the best option for our dog son before being here. Now, thank God, I had already decided that in case of an emergency or any new development in Peter's health, I was going to go to Dr. Moreno and so it was. Peter had some discomfort, he was not breathing well and his eye was extremely irritated. I immediately went and they took care of me without any problem. Excellent service, all the staff are wonderful, friendly and empathetic. The treatment was more than successful and Peter perfect in a couple of days. Thank you God and thank you to the people who take a moment to comment on their experiences and help those of us who need to make decisions. If you read me, don't hesitate to go to Sunshine Animal Hospital in Pembroke Pines. Thanks to the entire team and the Dr. for being so kind to Peter and his mom.”

“Dr. Lexy was amazing! The front desk staff was polite and actually acknowledging my cat. Having come out of a really bad experience from another clinic, I was relieved to be able to deal with professionals with compassion, expertise, and reassurance. Dr. Lexy was able to sort out what could actually be going on with my cat and we are starting from the bottom through a process of elimination that I can actually afford. Last place was trying to run me up for over thousands of dollars in tests..where here I left paying under $200. I feel reassured and satisfied we are on a good path to help my cat get better. This experience was night and day from this other place and I am so grateful <3”

“My cat has an infection on his cheek and I walked in randomly without an appointment. Apparently I was super lucky because dr bob was present and the 9:30am appointment didn’t show. For reference you should make an appointment, but for me luckily they serviced me and my cat . They cleaned his wound, checked him, and gave us meds, all for a total of only $106! They gave me a small discount, but even without it I bet it would still be VERY cheap. Very glad I listened to my gut and went here. Felt comfortable with the vet and my wallet is very happy. Will return definitely!”
“We had my pet fixed here and everyone was very respectful and kind to my pet and myself as I explained to them that our pet doesn’t get along with other animals due to the fact that she was attacked as a baby and now dislikes animals they respected that and kept animals separate from her. “Let’s face it. We cannot control or plan for when our pets will need urgent veterinary care, especially on the weekends or if you’re unable to see your primary veterinary office. If you find yourself in that situation, I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic. My dog needed urgent care for an acute problem, that could have been treated by our primary vet office, however they were closed as it was the weekend. We were treated by Dr. Axelband, who is very knowledgeable and experienced. Jasmine, who is efficient and friendly, also assisted us. The clinic was able to accommodate all of my our medical needs. The staff is polite, professional, and accommodating. I hope you don’t ever need urgent care for your pet; however, if you do I’d recommend Urgent Pet Clinic.”

My dog Lukitas arrived in very, very poor health, in a truly critical condition, and thanks to them he is now recovering and moving forward. They have all the necessary equipment to perform comprehensive exams, tests, and accurate diagnoses, which brings so much peace of mind during such a difficult time.
This is the only place where I would trust my fur baby, my “dog son,” with complete confidence. The team led by Javier and Javier is absolutely fantastic, and what truly sets them apart is that they even provide home follow-up care, which makes all the difference.

“Sadly, our great and beloved dog Tous was euthanized on October 9th, and today we received his ashes. The personalized detail included with the delivery of his ashes, where each veterinarian signed and wrote a message of condolence, was something beautiful and very supportive from the medical staff. Also, having his paw prints along with part of his fur has given us much needed comfort. This clinic has been a blessing for us and we are grateful for the ease provided by the staff throughout this painful process.”
