If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service and Walgreens I’ve ever been to - don’t waste your time. The workers there are extremely disrespectful and no help at all.

I do not recommend this kind of torture that I have experienced with this Pharmacy to anyone. This is not the way Pharmacy should be and it’s a shame that this has become the standard of care. These people have no empathy. They are just robots. After I transferred to a local mom and pop Pharmacy I saw the real way medicine should be handled.

I called in a prescription refill last Saturday. I even talked with a live person. It was supposed to be ready on Monday. I went to pick it up this morning (Wednesday). It wasn't ready and was never put in. So I went back this afternoon. I was in the drive up and had one car in front of me. After almost 20 minutes I wanted to leave but was trapped in the line. I was finally able to get out and went inside. The same car was still at the drive up. I asked if they were filling a prescription because it had been over 25 minutes. I was informed there was an issue with the insurance. Why didn't they have the person move and come inside? I'm just saying. Anyway there are always issues especially with wait time in pharmacy or store check outs. Go at your own risk. I suggest finding another Walgreens or pharmacy for more stress free activities in the future.

This is seriously the worst pharmacy in town. When you get there, be prepared to wait at least half an hour before you are greeted. And then be prepared to wait another half hour for your prescription to be ready. The staff is unprofessional and really do not care about wasting your time. Just go somewhere else.

Well pharmacy costumer service is the worst I ever experience and staff like pharmacist and clerks are whimsy the costumerEven they do mistakes they blame on client I went to pick up and they send me to 2 different stores and after driving more that an hour I return and they do not even apologize and pharmacist told me they where wright And for sure I need my medicines why can I do they abuse they had no skills not professionals at all just jerks specially lady name Trinity she have an attitude even when she lay to the costumer

I recently had my last covid booster shot at Walgreens 18665 biscayne..a lovely young woman named Laura assisted me and even offered to write out a new covid history card with dates as I had lost mine. She was articulate, looked me in the eyes when she spoke to me and was kind. And she explained everything before she did it.. she asked me to have a seat for about ten minutes while she prepared the shot..she even made small talk to distract me while she gave the shot..kudos..
