Worst pharmacy experience ever. I will be reporting them to the pharmacy board. First after leaving urgent care I stand in line for 30 min to be helped. Then I start feeling light headed and I tell the guy I need to grab some electrolytes. He says I’ll lose my place in line. Really? So of course I get really sick waiting and go to the bathroom. When I come back they finally process the prescription and I wait another hour! When I finally get called up (which I had to ask about otherwise I think I would’ve been sitting there for another hour) he hands me the pills and calls the next customer. When I get home I realize they only filed two out of three and the most important one was missing. So now they kept the physical prescription and I can’t get it filled anywhere else. I call them to transfer the prescription but they refuse to answer. I’m on hold for over an hour. I try again and ask for the store manager. After 20 min they answer and after I describe how urgent it is I get ahold of the pharmacy before the close, the customer service (not manager) tells me she cannot call the pharmacy and can only transfer me. So now I’m on hold again for over 30 minutes with no one answering. Terrible customer service. Shame on them. Now I have to drive out there again in the morning.

The long wait at the pharmacy is absolutely unacceptable. Every time, the wait is 15, 20 even 30 minutes long….. I have a sick mother and I have to come pick up prescriptions every month. There is no sense of urgency from the people behind the desk. More employees need to be hired.3007 NE 199 street aventura Fl

They pharmacy is the worst ever They never pick up the phone and when they do they place you on hold for 20 minutes then pick up and place you on hold again . This can go on for 2 hours until you hang up . You'll see people complaining about it but they don't care .

I had to receive a Covid and flu vaccine as well as transfer medications from a different pharmacy. I knew this would be time consuming but thanks to Brenda, I got my vaccines done within 15 minutes and my medication was ready to be picked up an hour later. She was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. The pharmacy was very busy but the employees still made sure everything was done correctly. Thank you

The employee Hudson I am not sure if he is security or not but, he has absolutely no reason to be rude to customers. I sat at the photo center because my back was hurting while my spouse looked around the store. My spouse could not find what he was looking for so I got up and started looking around as I shop at Walgreens all of the time. Hudson said we could not hang out at the store if we where not shopping, I advised him I am shopping I had to sit for a moment you would think he would drop it there but, he started saying the police in the area do not want people hanging around in the store that is the worse insult someone can give a paying customer he was extremely rude that is not a way to treat a guest in your establishment and I promise this is not the end of this.

I embarked on a challenging journey this afternoon to secure essential medication for my child, a journey that took me to the Aventura Boulevard location. The pharmacy's unexpected closure for a few hours sent me on a wild chase to alternate locations, only to return to the starting point.At the Aventura Walgreens, I discovered that only part of my prescription was at this location. Now I have the two medications, one from each location, and I sought the assistance of Brenda, hoping for compassion and problem-solving. Unfortunately, she asked me for kindness, because she got offended when I asked her to please figure out the situation and create a solution so I could take both medications home.The six-hour odyssey was a litmus test of patience and customer service. The ordeal underscored the importance of empathy and efficiency in healthcare retail. The manager and the other staff were mistreating an elderly person earlier in the day who was using a walker and on oxygen. Then, the same manager didn't even pay attention to my concerns, which shows me why the store is the way it is. They really need to pick their employees better and have them respect as I see that is the situation in every other review here. This is a pharmacy and compassion will go a long way for already sick patients.

Horrible place! Today I was told that I have to leave the store because I had a service dog with me, which is is not illegal and mandated by law. The manager is very mean, he was harassing me. He even called the police, I have never met such a “service” in my life anywhere!!!!

Was supposed to be delivered my medication on Friday "before 7 PM". At 5 PM, I was surprised I hadn't heard anything but dismissed it because the status said "out for delivery."At 6 PM, I got a little more concerned and called the pharmacy to ensure they were still on time. The lady who picked up let me know that they didn't have any delivery drivers available all weekend.Since I cannot drive, I did not pick up that weekend... I was assured it would be delivered to me on Monday. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I still have no clue where my delivery is.Very little regard for customers that may depend on life-saving medication.
