This pharmacy should be sued! I have a chemical burn in my eye, a chemical burn, an urgent matter... the urgent care had to send the eye drop prescription here because it was the only pharmacy open after 9pm. We waited an hour until they closed for them to "receive" the prescription request they claimed they never got it. Now the next day, again claiming they never got the requests called the urgent care in their system they confirmed this pharmacy not only received it but accepted the prescriptions! After having to go on strike saying I will not leave until this order is filled, they finally fill it hours later but are out of the antibiotic prescription. The stupid nurse tried to tell me the one they did have was the antibiotic. It's a good thing I can read and she can't. Did anyone call or text me to tell me they don't have the most important one, no! So now day two with no drops. Tomorrow I can go to my normal pharmacy CVS, and get the prescription moved and actually filled. Walgreens is always the worst, but I had no choice since the only reason it was sent here was because I needed them same day! It's been two days! I hope my eye is now permanently damaged from this malpractice of a pharmacy so that this Walgreens has to pay out my damages!

Steer clear of this Pharmacy like the plague! Words fail to capture the incompetence of the staff at this establishment. They not only exude utter disdain towards customers but also shamelessly fabricate lies about prescription fulfillment, leaving you high and dry upon arrival. It's a wonder they haven't been forcibly shuttered for they way they conduct themselves.

customer service in the pharmacy department much better then on the store itself. I guess because employees are being paid by hour and not by happy customer. Overall my experience is good because I found everything I needed. But the cash register ladies are something to be improved!!!

Worst customer service,, they tell you one thing at the moment and another one later. Pharmacy section,, went 2 days consecutive for a medication that doesn't have. Bad.

It is really unfortunate to be in pain and need a medication given on the ER just to find yourself in the hand of the incompetence of Mr Clinton at this location. I went to the ER in the afternoon, they sent me the prescription to Wallgreens, I had to go 3 times, 4 hours later and fight to get it filled? I had to call on the manager of the store to make this Mr Clinton to do his job and be humane! , the ladies and young gentlemen that had to share their day of work with him yesterday had a horrible time, they were super nice but unfortunately they not only had me as an upset customer, but everyone that would approach via car or in person was extremely upset, because they play with your time, and I can honestly say it is the fault of one and only one employee... I even have videos of the way he treated me and others, they way he works, it is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately writing this review might not do much as I see that this particular location has a review average of 2 stars and it is still the same.... meaning headquarters simply does not care..... look at the picture, he would hide behind the counter.... shameful. I will write directly to Walgreens lets see if they care for their brand.

There are no words to explain how bad the service is here. Very few people working in a very busy place. I had two prescriptions to pick up and they told me to go, only one is ready and to come back in half an hour to get the other one. I went to pick up both and they told me there was only one list.I spoke to customer service on the phone and it was obviously only from the non-pharmacy part. They transferred me. Another customer service and they only asked me about the pharmacy they are making my query, without saying a word they transferred me to this branch, where they obviously answered me the same thing, just a prescription for me. Very bad treatment and very bad service. No one cares within the entire Walgreens community if the service is good or bad. A disaster, total abandonment and carelessness without words!

Very bad,very slow service- you need at least 40min- 1 hour to get your medication which you ordered before…Do not waist your time, don’t use this pharmacy….

I have to tell you the worst service in the world. I went today at 10:00 am to drop off my prescription. They told me that it would be ready in 20 min. I went again after two hours it wasn’t ready. I went again at 6:00pm it wasn’t ready. I have to travel tomorrow morning and I need my medication. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to that pharmacy. I’m changing to CVS of course.

Michael from the picture department went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Stayed after closing more than 20+ to help me in a urgent passport picture need. Saved my new years and Christmas. Thank you Michael for being the example others should follow

Pharmacy staff put me on hold for 30 min without talking to me .. I called store manager who connected me to Pharmacy manger , he took care of my lost prescription issue and all the while i was STILL on hold with the pharmacy staff !!!!!!! I finished my call with pharmacy manager and the woman Still HAS NOT Answered my call . More than 30 min hold on the phone . every 5 min she picks up , and then puts on hold again without talking to me... Terrible service .

This pharmacy does NOT answer the phone. I imagine they are always over worked and understaffed. I was on hold for over 11 minutes. I finally gave up. No one to talk to. They have a great trick of answering the call and immediately placing you back on hold, probably keeps management from knowing how long people are on hold. I think it's time to switch pharmacies.....

Worst pharmacy ever! Today Thursday Nov 16 at 1:20 pm on drive through, these woman was very rude and unprofessional. Then I called to speak to a manager and they left me forever on hold. I called three times and she didn't answer A nightmare!

Well pharmacy costumer service is the worst I ever experience and staff like pharmacist and clerks are whimsy the costumer Even they do mistakes they blame on client I went to pick up and they send me to 2 different stores and after driving more that an hour I return and they do not even apologize and pharmacist told me they where wright And for sure I need my medicines why can I do they abuse they had no skills not professionals at all just jerks specially lady name Trinity she have an attitude even when she lay to the costumer
