Super bad experience. Went twice at this location and nobody could help us to open a new account. The bank was empty and they said we need an appointment. If you go to the web site there’s no any availability for any Saturday. Remember the name of the agent (Mayleen) was rude and she said is not her problem that we didn’t have an appointment. Cero emphatics. Ok, then!! Good thing we came after to Bank of America and the bank is full of happy people opening accounts and everything, no appointments needed. Period.

The worse services ever …the owner should come and changed the whole team, they look like they really hate the job they have specially the banker I went to talk to …their customer service is really bad and in an area “Aventura” like this one, they shouldn’t have this type of bad service like this ???

This Aventura's branch is near my home ;each time I've been there my problems are solve the last time I was looking for someone that I had an appointment ,unfortunately that person is not longer working at that branch so they assign me a young girl called Tatiana.I have my doubts. I was working on my CD. but I have to say my experience was excellent, she was very professional and explains me in details all my questions. Thanks.

He deserves to be considered for a manager position. When I first came in nobody greeted me, so I walked to the bank teller. I let them know that I needed a business banker and waited for a couple minutes. I was assisted by Juan Botero; he was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. Assisted to complete everything that I was looking for . Was fast and efficient. The reviews on yelp showed 1 star and google shows 2 stars but this guy really deserve a 5 star review. Wells Fargo should considering hiring more people like Juan who are ready to help customers and provide excellent customer service.

The manager George us well known to our community as a crass, rude, and aggressive individual. Today, Carlos and his manager George just accused me of altering my ID because it was scratched and on top of attempting to lock me out of my own account despite having a passport, my credit card through them, and my mobile backing. George REPEATEDLY lectured me about how lucky I am that they would give me access to MY money. It’s not luck it’s the rules…. No George, YOU are lucky I don’t call my friends in LA and have them treat you the way you treat others.

One of the worst bank I had been. I came and been waiting for one hour and they said appointment only- something that takes for 5 min for me to sign something and they wouldn't take me. They said I have to wait. I don't recommend this branch at all to anyone.
