Meh. This is the Publix where you have the watch your step outside because someone will inherently try to run you over or spot stalk you. The carts are always a mess. I think it speaks more to the people shopping here who think they are the exception to every rule. The store is ok. The employees are Publix friendly but not overly motivated.

Extremely rude check out with Mila as cashier on 2/22/2022. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you. Her behavior was clearly calculated to be indifferent and insulting. I know many people who would love an opportunity to work at Publix and would be proud to do so. She needs to be retrained or replaced ASAP.

We used to shop at this location all the time before another Publix opened closer to us. Great location, but parking can be difficult to find depending on the day and time. Carts are sometimes also running low which is weird so you have to wait for people to be done and almost chase them before someone else does to get their cart afterwards. Clean store and always has great deals.

The Publix Aventura (Loehman's Plaza) is probably one of the best Publix locations in the Aventura/North Miami (if not all of North Dade). This location is located right in the heart of Aventura on Biscayne with a huge parking lot and ample parking. I recommend parking on the back side of the shopping center where you can typically find a spot close to the front of the store. Employees are always very friendly at this location and the store always has everything we need. I highly recommend this location!

This is quality and quality. I love this place. It's the best place for lunch and they make the best subs. They have an awesome variety and every week they have something on special. You know you got a try the chicken tender sub. It's a beauty and it taste good every time. You can never get tired of it

This store is over priced with rude employees. The signs for sales never match the product. I was once told by an employee I am wearing the wrong colors. Stay far away from this place. Of all the Publix's this is the worst go elsewhere.

Worse customer service Publix! All you hear from management and employees are excuses.Once again the deli can't keep up with the hot case, you can never get unbreaded chicken wings hot&spicy, you can never get a rotisserie chicken, then when you go to the meat department you can't even get Perdue fresh chicken parts. The same scenery with the Hallandale store.what do we have to do order our Perdue chicken from amazon..?publix your management staff and employees should be ashamed all the technology we have now and you still can't get it together,There is No Pleasure in shopping in any of your stores! You slogan should be where shopping is Full of Excuses!

The Deli staff works in slow motion. No sense of urgency whatsoever. They have 5 or 6 people behind the counter and only 1 is helping people. The rest are standing around looking off into the distance. Cynthia was great tho!

I have been going to this Publix for over 15 years. The store is centrally located in Aventura. It is always clean and the shelves are well stocked. The customer shopping experience in the grocery, produce, and checkout areas meets expectations. They do a good job. The one achilles heel for this store would be the del. Specifically, the lack of customer service skills exhibited by the workers here. The people behind the counters have the worst attitudes imaginable. They act as if they do not want to be there and they are downright nasty. I try to avoid buying from the deli whenever possible. Ordering a sub will take 15/20 minutes from the counter as there is usually only one person working. And that one person shows no urgency in getting your order prepared in a reasonable amount of time. They do not answer questions and never smile. The deli customer service training is abysmal and it shows in the efforts of the employees working in this department. I try to stay away from the deli or if I do need something I order online. That way I can just pick up my items and go without any human interaction. Overall of the store gets a 4 star rating but the deli gets a 1 rating. It pulls the store rating down to just below average. Someone in management, please talk to you deli department and re-emphasis to them how important communication and customer relations are to the growth and development of any successful business. Please Publix, you were built on exceptional customer service. That is your "central" point of differentiation from you competitors.

This an okay public location . Not thrilled to shop here since the nra donation . But it's not the thoughtful staffs fault. I got a lift here because I'm handicapped . What upset me most about my experience was that I had asked one one the baggers to accompany me to the car to be able to give back the motorized cart. He nicely helped me put my groceries in the truck. However He stalled leaving right after . I had no change to tip him because banking is a problem for me, I felt I had to apologize for having no change. This made me feel very uncomfortable. The person who gave me the Lift then felt obligated to give him 2 dollars . What's the story here? Customer Service or tipping ?

I could not pass up an opportunity to give a shout out to Pedro at the express counter. In a world full of miserable people, both in front and behind the counter, Pedro was a bright light. I walked into Publix in an awesome mood and walked out in an even better one. He was sincere, charismatic and an all around friendly individual!! Thank you for being a smiling face, Pedro and a breath of fresh air in my day. Continue to do good!
