I typically don’t leave reviews for clothing stores, but I had such an exceptional experience here because of Nicole, the sweetest sales associate I’ve met. Her kindness and helpfulness made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Stellar service that exceeded my expectations! Will be back here on my next trip to Miami. Merci encore, Nicole!

I’m always very happy shopping in Aventura store . My experience was always great there with everyone , the best store . The place is clean , people working there are very professional and provide the best customer service. Most of my clothes comes from there and I’m very happy. I always wanted to recognize the hard working people there , specially a lady name Escelada. I appreciate you very much for your kindness, great attitude and helping me with everything I needed . I love the store , is clean and people working there are very kind and professional, always a great experience. I had purchased most of my clothes from the store and I loved it , but the most important reason is that one special lady is always making sure I look great and I’m happy with my purchase. Her name is Enkeleda , I wanted to recognized her for her service, hard word and being very professional. I always wanted to return to the store because of her . We need more people like this in Florida because the customer service is going down in many places . I know her for years and her work ways impressed me many times . My daughter came to this store in order to return three articles of clothing on behalf of my wife. She has come to this WHBM for as long as we have been living in South Florida, with no issues until today. While she was at the register returning the clothing, the manager, Lovely, was unpleasant and absolutely unprofessional. When my daughter placed a shirt in front of her to return, Lovely inspected it and shoved it right back in front of her with no explanation. This caused my daughter to ask why she did so, and the manager rudely stated that there was a large stain on the front (again, not a stain, and was dusted off with the swipe of one finger). The second shirt she placed in front of the manager, she inspected again, and yet again shoved it in front of my daughter with no explanation, stating it could not be returned. When my daughter inquired why, she falsely ACCUSED my daughter of having forced an incorrect tag onto the shirt, as the tag had the correct style of shirt labeled but the wrong color. This was WHBM’s error, as my daughter had not done what she was being accused of by this lady. If this WHBM store continues to be run by the manager, Lovely, who will inexplicably and falsely accuse a loyal customer while maintaining a disgustingly rude attitude throughout the entire interaction, my family and I will take our business to a different store. I have seen other posts referencing this store manager. When will Corporate do something to correct this behavior? If my family was unscrupulous we would have just put a dispute with the credit card company and that would be it. We don’t need to waste our time to shuffle miles to the mall, spend gasoline and be frustrated. If someone from Corporate wants to reach out to me via email I’d be happy to connect.

This location is closed. I visited Saturday 8/19/23.Everything in the store has been removed. Even the fixtures!

Customer service needs help: I walked in looking for a dress to wear to my daughter's graduation. No one greeted me. Instead, the three ladies literally just stared at me. First and last time there. I will try the location in Pembroke Pines.

I’m giving this a 3 star rating because of my experience with the manager. The sales associate gets 5 stars. Last month was the first time I made a purchase at WHBM. The sales associate was very helpful and I had a good experience. There was sale on the shirts with a discounted price for every 2 shirts purchased. I bought 4 and love them all. The very next day I realized that one of the shirts was too long so I took it back to the store for an even exchange. The store manager insisted I pay full price on the exchanged shirt even though there was no price difference . I tried to explain that I was only exchanging one shirt and the sale was still on. However she insisted that I was wrong and if I did the math correctly I had to pay full price. After lengthy discussions she agreed to honor an even exchange. The experience was embarrassing as the store manager used every line to convince me that my approach and calculations were incorrect. I haven’t since been back in the store.

I had a horrible experience this afternoon at Aventura Store. I went to exchange a size on a gift I was given and was treated poorly by Luz and the manager of the store which gave me a hard time first finding the account and when she finally found it she wanted me to pay taxes on the exchange.I wouldn't have mind to pay the taxes if the attitude wasn't so bad from the beginning but it was a horrible experience over all, and I had to pay the taxes regardless to be able to keep the right size top and to finally leave the store.I would not recommend this location due to its poor customer service and management.

The staff was very rude. Multiple issues with returning a store pickup as well as a order that was being delivered. Paid for over night shipping and have yet to receive it 3 days later.
