I used to work for this Winn-Dixie early when it first opened mid 80's. I really enjoyed working here but, one day, one Jewish customer complained about how I bagged her groceries so she went to complain and the Cuban manager, in those days, he let me go. I helped many Jewish, Cuban and others bag and carry their groceries to their vehicles. Some appreciated and others did not.Can you believe how complicated some people can be?This is true.

If you try contacting the Pharmacy by phone you will be asked for a remote code. This is the first time I have my prescription sent to this pharmacy and I don't have a remote code. If you don't enter the remote code you're automatically disconnected.I've tried the option for those who don't have a touch tone phone, but I am asked again to enter the remote access code and shortly after get disconnected.Guys how can I communicate with you?

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy or phone is picked up and then hung up.

If I could give this place negative stars I would they don’t answer the phone and they don’t help you when you are standing in the window and when they talk to you they are rude and unhelpful

Never again will I set foot in any of their stores. Customer service is non-existent. Prices are absurd ($8.19 for a gallon of water?!?) unless you sign up for their "Rewards" program, which is nothing but a data miner. Then, prices are only slightly higher than neighboring competitors. That is, if you can get a phone number to work. It took three days after I signed up for the system to recognize my number. The fact that they completely remodeled the local store proves that you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.

The Pharmacy Win dixie have in Aventura is the exact example of terrible cuatomer service. The attendant Roseta ignores you and avoids you for half an hour , talk with the young pharmacist knowing you are waiting.you receive a confirmation to pick up your prescription just to go and have nothing to pock up for several times.This type of customer service forced you to go somewhere else.Nothing can be worst than the terrible place.

I have tried on 2 separate attempts to pick up a simple prescription of Augmentin 500mg from this pharmacy since Monday. On the first day the pharmacist informed me that she only had 6 tabs in the inventory and she gave me the remaining pills and was very nice. I returned back to the pharmacy 2 days later on Wednesday to pick up the prescription and the worker informed me they were still out of the antibiotic. On Thursday morning I had my physician call in a new prescription, Clindamycin. It’s now been over 5 hours and my prescription is still not ready, I haven’t received a text message saying it’s ready, and no one answers the phone at pharmacy. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. It’s poorly run and they provide the typical horrendous service that we are all too familiar with here in south Florida.

Absolutely useless. My doctor has faxed them my husband's prescriptions multiple times over the last two weeks and they still claim never to have gotten them. They also take 45+ minutes to answer the phone, almost every time. A hot mess, avoid at all costs, not sure how they're even in business.

"We don't have your prescription in stock and have no idea when we'll get it." - The pharmacist working this morningWhile that may be true, what kind of customer service is this?I went in to get a very common prescription filled and was left upset and utterly lost by such an empty response by the pharmacy here. Why would I ever shop here again since there's no intention of helping me with my healthcare needs?

Pharmacy people were rude and didn’t want to take the time to transfer a prescription. Their reason was they were overwhelmed with 2 other transfers. I’m pregnant and need an antibiotic and they still didn’t want to help.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, OPERATOR HUNG UP ON ME, IGNORANT INDIVIDUALS REPRESENTING WINN DIXIE NAME.PHARMACY NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS AND WHEN THEY DO, PUT YOU ON HOLD AND NEVER RETURNS.I ONLY NEED TO TRANSFER RX TO MARGATE.
