On the plus side, they have a generally very good selection of nice clothes and lots of nice shoes both men and women.”

“Bloomingdale's sure has good quality stuff...and if you find them on sale or clearance, that's an even better deal. I was at this store recently and I saw some really nice scented candles that smelled just wonderful....and at less than $13 each, they were not a bad deal for the fabulous scent I got...these usually go for about $30-35 each. The variety of household accents and fun things for the home are really good.”

“I really liked this store. I love the unique pieces they have. They carry a fashion brand called Bize and the pieces are very bold and unusual. Love the set up of the store. From casual clothing to nice evening and outing wear. With accessories (head bands, jewelry, belts and purses). The ladies are very friendly and helpful. The dressing room is spacious enough to walk around and greet the feel of the clothes and have a guest sit down. Most of the clothes I saw were made in Italy. The prices are very reasonable. For your next outing try this store first. You won't be disappointed.”

“I had one mission: Purchase a bottle of Fierce cologne. While there are A&F stores in my home state of Hawaii, they markup the price of the cologne. So, anytime I'm on the continent, a visit to the local A&F store is in order.
THE STORE:
Located on the first level of the behemoth Aventura Mall, access was easy. The new look of A&F is brighter, less sexual, with background music turned down to civil listening levels. Inventory was organized and checkout lines were short.
FUN FACT:
A&F was established in 1892 as a sporting goods retailer, turning to the fashion industry in 1988.
OVERALL:
I used to be a fan of their over-priced t-shirts a few years ago, but not anymore. My taste in clothing has evolved but I still love their signature cologne.”

“This may be the biggest inventory store in the State of Florida . I spend lots of money at BR and shop predominantly online because they carry all Tall sizes online. I’m 5’11 with giraffe ? length limbs. ? I sometimes get a weird vibe from some staff like they’re watching me and/or listening in on my conversations using the headsets with the cashier during my returns/exchanges/refunds. I’d address that person going forward. They used to have home goods section - seems not anymore. Beautiful items lovely store!”
“I’m so sad that Gaps are mostly shut down! Only Aventura, Lincoln Rd and Dadeland! Online shops are the reason. But, if you purchase at the store (drive, park, walk took 1 hour on top of shopping) and need to exchange for a different size, you need to go back. Ugh. Wish I could return online. Can’t win.”
“???My mom purchased a lovely dress here for a very important ceremony where she was front and center, and the staff did a fantastic job helping her find the perfect, eye-catching look. From a marketing standpoint, black and white mix beautifully here — along with every shade in between — and it all looks stunning. A classy store with a great team that knows how to make their customers shine.”
“Most of the cashiers here are black, and they have been with this store for over twenty years, and most of them knows me, because of the black Friday deals,and that I used to shop there on a regulary basis. I didn't get her name, but I thanked her more than once, because she took great care of me when I brought the same items to return to hialeah, but the spanish cashier refused to accept, and the black cashier didn't asked me any question as to why the tags where not attached. I wished I would have gotten her name, but she's a tall black girl around the age of 25-30, she was so nice, and professional, and knew what to do.

“Good product!I am 70+ year young and never wear a jeans in my life.Always was in a pairs of trousers and a shirt...Finally my wife talked me in to buy a pair of jeans!We went to the store and two hours later I proudly walk out with a pair of AG Jeans! After that I keep buying same cut Tellis in different colors...and love it!People in a store at Aventura mall are very professional and know their stuff. A few times they did not have in stock what I been looking for, manager called me 6 month later to let me know that it’s in stock now... SERVICE!”

“I ordered a pair of sneakers on line & when I received them they where a half size to big for me. so i reached out to michael kors in my area and that's when I had experienced the exceptional customer service which was provided by Andres the gentleman on the other end of the phone, i explained my situation & he was totally understandable and suggested that I came to the store in person to see if he can locate the sneaker i wanted in my size, from other stores, Miami, pembroke pines, with no findings i choose a sneaker that was in store that was on sale with an additional 20% off in my size I tried them on and i was satisfied. I once again want to thank Andres ? & staff at michael kors Aventura mall for going above and beyond customer service, I will definitely recommend & i will definitely revisit.”
“Awesome and easy to wear. I have the high waisted shorts. I’ve used them for a few occasions and they really make a difference. What I love is that they stay up with boning and are high enough that there’s no back rolls. And even though everything is smooth I still have my shape. Plus they are not super hot or heavy so I can wear them and forget it.”

The entire staff always goes above and beyond we have also dealt with two different managers there that have been super nice. I absolutely love this store even though I live closer to galleria, I prefer to come here.”
“I stopped in here not knowing that a Hugo store was owned by Hugo Boss. I thought it was a different brand all together. A nice gentleman clerk greeted and the first thing he asked me was....how's the weather outside ??? ... LOL. I said, I don't know, I have been inside the mall for a few hours.... Anyway, he was very nice and chatty and he told me that this German brand of clothing focuses on sharp cuts and clean designs. Expert tailoring on casual clothes makes this a top notch choice for those who want quality but a relaxed look. Shirts can go for about $100 to $200-300. Jackets can run in the $500 range. They also had a large section for men's underwear and sleepwear.”

“I love Lacoste fashion. I remember when I was a teenager and my parents took me to Miami Beach and I got my first Lacoste shirt at the store on Lincoln Road. This modern store in the Aventura Mall has great selection of shirts, pants and t-shirts. The list price for many of the polo shirts is around $100-120, but if you are a member of the Club Lacoste (email) you can get nice coupons that can be used at the store...good savings....”
