Employees need better training on customer introduction. Did not feel welcome at all, despite walking in already wearing Adidas merchandise. Genuinely an embarrassment for this company.

Cool store , but manager Dwayne I think his name was, VERY RUDE VERY VERY RUDE. Genuinely cannot walk in this place without someone on staff being rude and disrespectful.

I Wish that I could rate 0 Star for this Store and this Brand. I bought a pair of shoes as a gift for my brother and after He tried them on They were too small for him. I brought them back for an exchange new pair with bigger size which is very normal thing in other stores and They didn't let me exchange or return or any credit store. The Manager told me the shoes were worn and I did tell him How could you try the shoe without wearing them. Don't ever buy anything from this Store.

Same like other negative reviews on here, I love this store and most guys there are professional and friendly, except the manager, Luis! He was so unpleasant and unfriendly, puffing and groaning the whole time, continuously questioning my preferences in shoes, telling me that I was wrong for not liking the original model that I purchased. Was reluctant about explaining to me how the whole return/exchange process works at the Y-3 store, maybe because of his English skills, I don't know what is wrong with him, and who gave him that position, he's so unprofessional. He made me feel so terrible while I was doing the exchange, I don't want to come back there ever again. Good that there are other Y-3 locations
