They told us our furniture would be delivered on Wednesday so on Tuesday we donated our old furniture. It’s been almost two weeks since the “delivery date”. So for 2 weeks we’ve had no living room.

We were always intimidated about going into an Ethan Allen store and didn’t have any intentions on purchasing but we had been looking for a living room set for weeks. We were immediately welcomed by Jack who allowed us to look around on our own and checked in on us from time to time. Jack was very personable and attentive. He was not pushy and seemed to know our style right away. Jack is amazing at his craft and we were confident in his abilities to assist us choose the right pieces for our needs. Thanks Jack for such great customer service!

We are most pleased with the exceptional service provided by Marta. She is very knowledgeable about Ethan Allen products and went above and beyond with advice/ideas for color schemes and placement of furniture for better flow. The Ethan Allen design center is fantastic! Our designer, Jack, is phenomenal. He was so thorough and accommodating in helping us furnish half our home. The delivery gentlemen, Taylor and Raymundo, were absolutely wonderful. Very careful, quick, and kind with setting up the pieces just right. It’s a great end to end experience with Ethan Allen.
