“Long story short, after many flats and leaking tires on our 31 ' class c motor home and literally being scammed out of thousands of dollars, we finally found big t tires. We were on our way back to NC from Key Largo and still had multiple tire problems. Thankfully I called on a Monday morning when they opened up. They said that the sales department was busy but they took my name, the size of the tires and my number and said someone would call back shortly. After everything we had been through I was a little skeptical about that also. But less than 5 minutes later Mike Batterbee returned my call. He was very friendly on the phone and told me he had 2 differ brands to choose from in stock. I asked if he could put them on that morning as we were traveling. He said bring it on. 20 minutes later he got the info and the rv was in the shop. Everything was performed perfectly within a couple of hours. We received the bill and was genuinely and delightfully pleased at the amount. Finally a tire store that cared. If there had been any way to go there first ( unfortunately there wasn't) we could have saved ourselves a lot of money and time on our trip. Very sad people take advantage of you when you are traveling and at their mercy but I thank God we found big t tires and Mike. Sincerely Bill and Lew”

“My car ignition was sticking, wouldn't start, and the ride was rough. (Individual issues). I had received a quote from a local mechanic, to replace the starter, and it was way too much money. (Like, way too much)A friend recommended RTC Mobile Service. (a family owned business) They told me to bring the car in anytime.I took it early that same afternoon.Ray & Ray both met me with a smile, asked me what the car was doing, took my information and, they would call me in a short while with an estimate.Turns out it wasn't the starter, but rather the relay. The ride issue was a wheel bearing. I gave them the green light to proceed and fix the car.Their quote was less than I had anticipated. ( The quote they gave me to replace the starter was $300.00 less than the local mechanic, with the exact same part number)They went above and beyond, looked over my vehicle and said it was in good mechanical shape) They didn't have to do this, as it took time from their day. I wasn't charged either and it gave me peace of mind.My car drove like it was new. “Had an alignment done here after purchasing tires in Naples Fl. Quick Lane spent a lot of time on our F350 with numerous attempts to fix our problem today and test driving it to be sure it’s perfect. Thomas our service writer was Mr. Customer Service taking the time to explain to us what was going on with our issue. All in all 2.5 hours later we drove home to Lake Placid happy campers. We have all our oil changes done here and other work next door. We pass by the Ford Dealership in Sebring and go 10 miles further because of the customer service here. We are always happy that we do this.”

“Had a noise develop on my drive from Indiana I thought it was a wheel bearing but Juan diagnosed the problem as a rear drive shaft boot was destroyed and grease had leaked out ordered the Parts and even came in on Saturday to make sure I could get my car back above and Beyond highly recommend”

“Discovered Bill Owen’s Service Center because of an ad in America’s Favorite Coupon Book- We we looking for a place that works with All Extended Warranties & Mechanics/ Technicians are ASE certified. My husband Fernando went spoke with a gentleman ( sorry forgot the name) but he explained our extended warranty to him, hubs left the car- they went over her , called explained all that was covered by the warranty ( if you don’t have 1 for your car- get 1) & work needed that wasn’t covered- was able to leave the car with them, work was done & got her back in a day… ( she needed a lot) They also work along with Laye’s tires for alignment & things they don’t do ( we’re already customers of Laye’s - they’re phenomenal) . Soooo happy we now have 2 places to go to take care of our cars… Bill Owen’s is knowledgeable, nice & genuinely care about the work they do - my advice? You need car work go there & support your local businesses

“Very long wait, but great prices. I am 99% sure that they forgot to charge me for one of the services and that's why it was so cheap, but I'm not sure. Either way I waited there for 4 hours for an oil change and to have my pre-bought tires mounted... Yikes”
