I stayed away from this store for 6 months and Once again no military discount!! I specifically gave the girl my phone and asked twice for my military discount. She gave me my receipt and no discount!! I asked her why and she said she didn’t know. You know why she didn’t know?? She can’t even speak clear English let alone understand it!! Your store has now blown this twice in 6 months!! I will go back to O’Reilly’s from now on. When I give them my phone number the military discount is automatic.

I called today around noon and was told if I ordered my part before 2 it would be in by 6. It was the most reasonable price and fastest delivery out of 3 other local auto part stores. The service was fast, friendly and accurate. Will definitely be my first call for future auto part purchases.

I end up here after the Sebring location sold me a bad starter. Red helped sort me out and made the annoyance of getting a defective part not as bad.I’ll drive the few extra minutes to this location next time from the start.
