They put deals out, and the good deals are always for new customers. Well what about the on going customers. I've been with boost for 3 yrs. And I need a new phone,my battery caught on fire. Well I had boost but they wouldn't do anything for me, and it was a boost phone. You are going to loose alot of customers acting like that. You lost this one

Boost seems to have gotten rid of the competent reps this location used to have. (Debby) New reps unable to get my phone back to original settings and tell me I have to upgrade and get a new phone. Time to look for new service provider since these new reps cannot service my two years old phone!
