The lady in front of me was super rude and nasty and demanded a discount. When it was my turn I thought the employee was gonna not be in the mood to help. But he was just the kindest young man, bless his heart. The employees here don’t deserve to deal with any foolish people like the witch in front of me.

The experience was horrible, not with the staff. The service of this company is terrible, two days to collect a phone and when we go to the store, almost two more hours. They don't take disappointing calls.

Sold us a hotspot and data only plan, we made it very clear this was for streaming tv shows. We were told this is what we need.in less than a week we were out of data for the month. Tried to return it and were told its not returnable.Long time customers switching carriers asap
