The owner is a rude and dismissive individual. He will act as if he is not the owner when presented with an issue and lie directly to your face with no hesitation. Disgusting business practices and no respect for people or the community. Be aware!

I have been coming here for 19 years and always leave satisfied. Natalie and Gary offer a wide variety of services and are very skilled in their work. I recently started the laser hair removal process and am extremely happy with my results. I suffer from PCOS and after over 25 years of shaving I wanted to try laser hair removal. I had white and very light colored hair that Natalie was able to stop the growth on. If you have questions too in and talk with Natalie she will ease your mind and you will enjoy the process.

I can not believe how down-hill this salon is now. I used to love going here for my brow waxes but Natalie has such a bad habit of rushing her jobs that she ruined my eyebrows the last time I paid her to do them, so instead this time I went in for double lash extensions totaling $50. First of all, it took her maybe 5 minutes TOPS to complete my lashes.. and this is NO COMPLIMENT! When she finished she did at least allow me to check if I saw anything I did not like. My only issue with the first time around was that the inner corner of my eye had nothing there, so I asked her to fill it in and she did so with no issue. Tbh, I did not like them at all but they were doubled already so to correct them would have been too much of a hassle, however had she slowed down and perfected them as she should have and NORMALLY DOES I believe they would have looked amazing. I've gotten lash extensions here multiple times and I've always loved them which is why I went back. There were two younger girls giving pedis to 2 women when I walked in and they were literally the only customers.. not sure why she rushed my lashes but whatever. She then asks me was I paying cash? I planned to use apple pay but she says "the card machine is down cash only". So now I'm running around to find an ATM to pay her in cash SMH not sure what that was about either.. so I paid her $60 a final $10 tip because I'll never go there again... for anything.

Very Nice clean place! owners and staff are cool people and can work around your likings. Pedicure options? There is something for everyone!! ranging from hot towels and hot stones and massaging in every pedicure!
