Visited this branch recently and when I asked for my receipt the young lady at the cashier responded by telling me that she asked me if I wanted the receipt and I paid her no attention so she ripped it and threw it in the bin when I told her I never heard her she was most rude so I asked her what was the total on the bill she said she couldn’t remember at that point I told her that I need my receipt to which she went on about “well I can’t go back into the register” etc and went for the manager. Upon his arrival I told him how rude she was and that’s not the way you should speak to customers meanwhile she’s lying to him and he’s most calm didn’t once tell her about her tone or delinquency, since she’s pacing behind him saying she doesn’t care. He didn’t even budge or tell her anything instead just watched her, at that point I’m telling him that store is going to lose customers because of her attitude and she responded by saying we don’t want your kind inside here anyway, I asked her what did she just say she said the same thing. My suggestion is both Manager and cashier needs to be trained in customer service. It’s a beautiful store well stocked and clean but they will lose customers because of poor service.

It used to be a good place to shop for emergency things until they hired this old grumpy lady. She got upset that I did not have enough money to cover it all and she used both her phist and slammed them on the counter when I said I needed a void. Someone bring back the old sweet employees :(

Great place to get essentials without having to shop in a big store. Milk, deli meats and cheese, brownie mix, baking supplies, etc..
