Love the merchandise but the person at the register starting off with an A or Aury is very rude. Without knowing if I was paying for the items up front refused to scan my items because she thought someone else was paying and I told her she could scan my items but she said she can’t unless my family member was back up there, which made no sense because I could’ve been paying with MY card she proceeded to take another customer and gave me an attitude.Dealing with a family loss and coming to try and get balloons to celebrate our loved one just for her to be rude and tell us there is no more helium last minute and steadily sniffling and sniffling and acting like not a care in the world l.Definitely need to update staff because that’s crazy and definitely under the influence.

Just was here today and the cashier had and attitude. It was at 2:30pm. I asked her a specific way I wanted my change back, and she said no. She didn't even apologize. I understand if it's more than $20 but I only aske her for $15 in 5's. I'm sorry but this store every time I go is worst. Employees aren't polite, don't greet and neither treat customers good. Last time going to this store.

The cashier was rude, she caught an attitude when I asked for my correct change back, and she snatched my money from my hand when I was passing it to her. I definitely will not be visiting that dollar tree.
