I recently took out a loan with HNB and my lending officer Justin W. was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and assisted to ensure that the entire process ran smoothly. I had many questions as this was my first time purchasing property and Justin took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me.I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to share about the great customer service I was provided with from this bank.

It’s so nice to call my hometown bank and be greeted on the phone with such pleasant and professional employees. I called Heartland this afternoon to speak to one of the loan officers and Jocelyn answered. Her friendly attitude and prompt attention was refreshing. Thank you to employees like Jocelyn at Heartland National Bank for reminding me why I chose a local community bank.
