Very slow pharmacy! You will wait in line either in the store or the drive thru for a very long time!! Don't even waste your time trying to speak with anyone in the pharmacy!!This has happened 3 times!Won't be returning here!

The personnel that work there can definitely improve on their customer satisfaction and thorough helpfulness! Have you ever been "forced" into using a pharmacy! I guess in America you can't really be forced but allow me to explain. This is a Walgreens review but up until a few years ago I used that other, three letter pharmacy for many years. So, I retired and signed up for Medicare. The next thing you do is look for a Medicare supplement and I got one. You find out that each supplement company is in bed with one of the two big pharmacies and mine was in bed with Walgreens. So, if I use Walgreens, I get great prices and way simplified paperwork on my meds. If I go elsewhere, not so much. That's where the "forced" comes in. So, after about six years, here are my experiences- The Store- Just fine. It is clean, well-stocked and signed, and the prices are decent. Rarely is something I need out of stock. The People- Also just fine. Friendly and generally efficient. The Pharmacy- Ummmm, not great! Way understaffed. They try to run the inside and the drive-thru with too few people and they loose control. Loooong waits! You need to play the game. Use the app on your phone and wait at home until the app or an automated phone call says everything is ready or, if your meds are long-term, use their mail service which they call OptumRx and is ten stars amazing! Put everything together and I award them three stars!

Very poor customer experience from the doctor calling in a script to a patient picking up RX. Something needs to be done with management.

What a mess! Go inside to fill a prescription and wait 45 minutes to drop it off. They say it will take 1 1/2 hours. Go back next day to get it, but they can't find any sign of it. Finally locate paper prescriptions, but still haven't been filled. I had already waited in line for another 1/2 hour. I walk out with now 10+ people waiting in line, and the drive through is now backed up onto US27. Never again!

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy is either understaffed or poorly trained. I tried to get answers and the rep was so rude to me. Completely unacceptable. Spent 4 hours trying to get answers about a prescription and nothing but a run around. Avoid this location if possible.
