Very disorganized. Some of the help are rude. They get upset when you ask them questions. They are always out of something and I had to go elsewhere and finally they get the worse generics

Dropped off a prescription for my children’s Adderall knowing I was fixing to run out. They tell me I can’t pick it up until Sunday because the insurance wouldn’t fill it less than 30 days. Called the insurance company and it’s already been filled so I was lied to, and have to interrupt my Sunday to go pick it up or go without until Monday.

If your medication is part of the major shortage happening right now, I suggest you have your prescription filled somewhere else and DON'T even try to have it filled here because if the pharmacist sees that you've had your prescription filled at other pharmacies he'll accuse you of Doctor shopping and flag you. I told him Sebring Walmart didn't have my prescription for 2 months and he said that me going to have it filled elsewhere is Doctor shopping, smh!

This pharmacy has a manager that thinks he knows more than the doctors, he actually told me he was a doctor, a bit of a God complex. He took it upon himself to cancel a pain medicine an ER doctor percribed to me. No phone call just cancelled my order, because I take a different pain medicine. (The ER doctor said stop the one you're on and take this for 3 days.) When I tried to tell him this, he insults me by implying I'm not smart enough to stop taking one medicine while I'm taking the stronger medicine for a broken foot. When I tried to get the name of his manager, he refused, I called customer care, they said his manager would call me, but nobody called. This pharmacist told me that he will no longer fill any of my future medications, why, because I asked to speak to his boss.He also yelled at me and hung up on me. He's foreign and very very hard to understand on the phone. This seemed very personal. But Walmart couldn't care any less. Looks like Publix will get my future business.

I wish there was a way to leave no stars. This pharmacy manager is the worst. If you need anything out of the ordinary go some place else to fill your prescription because this man has a God complex and knows nothing about customer service. He's a terrible person and should try a different profession. Shame on Walmart for allowing this man to do whatever he wants. Just cancelling prescription with no warning leaving me to suffer. He made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I'm 59 years old, I know how to follow my doctor's instructions. He told me he was a doctor. Then why are you working in the pharmacy? Guess Publix will get my future business.

I drove from the doctors office to pick up my prescription skeptical it’s could be ready that quickly. Surprisingly it was ready. I was so amazed and thankful for their speedy service that I did not have to go back out again.

Never really had an issue except waiting on some one to explain how to take my medication, and the side effects, was left alone waiting for about 20 mins until some one finally came. Other then that it's a great place I get all my meds there.

Lazy staff. 2nd time I have done a pickup order claim to not have an item. I go inside and there's more then 1 on the shelf. The purpose of doing a pick up order is so I don't have to go inside. If u want something u are better off going inside. If staff don't see at first glance they will say it's not there. Disappointed

Asked one clerk in the facial tissue if they were all out of Che Walmart brand says he doesn’t know and made no effort to find out. A few minutes later asked two clerks at the check out in that department where the electronics dusters were and they both didn’t think they sold them. Found them myself about 20 feet from them. This used to be a first class store, not anymore.

Was there today!!! My ol friend wayne!!! That does on line shopping!!! Took time out to help my ma!!!!!!! He deserves a raise!!!! Really nice guy!!!!!!! My mama says he was awesome!!!!!! Thanks wayne!!!!! She find what she needed!!!!!

I was temporarily incompetent and just figured out that Yelp treats their pharmacy as a separate business so here we go! I have been taking care of my age 94 mother for almost five years. I have power-of-attorney on everything so I mange her 15 prescriptions! That's right, old farts often take a ton of drugs! I use the pharmacy portion of the Walmart app and it does a great job for me. I order, renew and pay with the app. The ability to scan a code for the order at the register is excellent. It ties directly to my credit card and most of the time works seamlessly. Their text reminders also work very well. The people I touch are most often great and my occasional conversations with the actual pharmacist have been very positive. So why four stars instead of five? The folks at Walmart HQ are a little quick-on-the-draw with their updates. Often the update is buggy, and it takes them a few days to clear it up. Other than that, my experience has been great!
