Coupons posted throughout the store. No Wi-Fi in the store. Go out to the car use my Wi-Fi download install the app pick my coupons when my items are rang up only one .50 coupon worked. The higher value coupons didn't work at all Even though they are currently posted on the shelf and not expired. I asked the very busy by herself cashier if there is a way to know in advance if the coupons will work or if this is an exercise and futility. No ma'am. Very nice cashier but this is one of many times when Dollar general has done its best to get more money out of me than the posted price

This store does not mind letting customers stand in line 4-5 deep with no sign of any other employee helping. Watching cameras should be the last thing you do.
Also I was in there yesterday and ask the girl standing behind the register talking to another employee when I came in (she said she was the manager ) if she knew how to run a UHC card? She said yes. So I went on to do my shopping , it’s not easy I am 100% disabled and have back problems & Lupus. So my legs don’t work all the time. I can’t stand for more than 1-2 min without being in excruciating pain nor can I walk any distance further than about 10 feet unassisted. Anywho , after all that walking and gathering of my items , I get to the register and the gurl swipes my card and it takes .32
I give up ….imma explain this ….i do not mind sharing screenshots of my transactions within my UHC app but, EACT ITEM is a transaction and has its own identifiable transaction #. So stop telling your employees to swipe one time you’re running off your business . Cause I am not about to drive around my elbow to get to my tailbone because yall don’t know how to train your employees

I bought cereal and milk and the cashier bagged them together. When I got home, I found that milk had leaked out of the jug and all over the bottom of the cereal box. I had to take the bag of cereal out of the box and screw the milk cap on tighter; that’s where the leak was. If the cashier would if bagged them separately, there would of been no issue. About 3 tablespoons of milk leaked out of the cap; enough to fill up a corner of the bag. Train your cashiers how to bag groceries properly please.

This store has really gone downhill. The isles have merchandise on the dirty floors that people kick out of their way. Stock sitting in the isles instead of on the shelves. Usually only one cashier in this extremely busy store. Trash all over the parking lot is the first clue that management is not doing their job. Please have someone visit our little store and get it in shape.
