“This place has terrible reviews and I don’t doubt that after some first impressions of a couple employees but I must say that when my family of five went to get passports completed and mailed off, Alistair was the employee handling our passport appointment. We had never done this before, felt completely lost and even messed up a few forms. Alistair was nothing short of patient and understanding. His boss was angrily pacing back and forth mumbling about us not having our things together-it was so uncomfortable but Alistair was unmoved boss his boss’s rude behavior and persisted until it was done. I told him “If I could reach you I would hug you”. Alistair is a model of patience that his coworkers and superior should learn from. Well done and thank you sir!”
