They did a good job washing and wax the car, but they broke my car and didn't say anything, I only noticed when I went to charge my car at my house a few hours after the service.

This is the worst service .The assistant manager is rude with a bad attitude and disrespect. Do not wash your car with these place . They are not professionals and do not know how to treat customers and they never clean your car good really bad job and then they get mad when you complain about the bad job

These guys did a great job cleaning my car. Price was fair and they were finished exactly when they said they would be. The person checking me in was super kind which goes a long way too! Thanks for a great experience

I had a very nice experience here. Very kind and welcoming.. Jose said it would be done in an hour so I went to lunch. Perfectly timed, I received a text and the car was ready.Very easy. They did a very nice job detailing the inside and outside of the car.Thank you Jose! ? ? - Cristina

This is one of the worst car washes I've ever had. They left my carpet and back seat full of dirt and left two tires without tire shine. When I returned to have this issue fixed, the manager (Luis I think. He has a gold tooth) stated to me, a basic wash is a basic wash. He never apologized and treated me very poor. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come here, unless you have a Lamborghini or Ferrari is the only way you get good service. Shame on Bal Harbour Shops for allowing this.Service: Full body wash

Horrible job for a $60 car wash. Vehicle had to be completely retouched inside and out seemed as if they never even ran a rag along door panels. The outside was as if they just water hoses and dried. Not impressed on this over priced wash.Services: Wheel washing

The car wash is open till 6pm. We came in at 5pm. They refused even to talk to us. Several employees looked at our car anf turned their heads into different direction. They could at least say something. Very not professional! Weird! How this company could be even allowed to this mall! So strange! This is the face of the shops!
