Beautiful update from exhale spa! Love the new furniture and rugs. Looking forward to spending more time here. I love all the exercise classes and teachers. Massage therapists are great too! The sauna is always hot and the women's changing room is stocked. Front desk staff is very friendly and the retail is awesome. Lots of great skin and haircare products along with workout clothes.

I called the spa five times today and could not get anyone to pick up. Called the front desk and even the front desk couldn’t get anyone in the spa on the phone. Real bad look for RC. Steam room/showers have been out of order on past visits. I’m a regular customer but I think I’ll go to a more dependable spa and there are hundreds in Miami.

I had the pleasure of visiting the spa located at this hotel. The staff were welcoming. I would recommend some updating the waiting area. The valet parking was only $15. Spa services do not entitle guests who aren't staying at the hotel to the facilities. However, the staff were accommodating upon out misunderstanding. I received the scrub and deep tissue massage. My therapist, Bernard, was by far one of the absolute ? BEST therapist I have ever had. He is a professional, understands the body, and simple crafted at his job. THANK YOU BERNARD!!!!! ?

While visiting from California, I got a facial and it was amazing! I was greeted by Mia and kara who were so warm and welcoming and had great energy. The spa needs some work but the customer service and amazing facial more than made up for that!! Definitely will return when I come back in a few months!

Rudest management (extremely)in a un luxury spa which is literally falling apart . It is apparent no corporate hierarchy visits or they are just a rude and unaware of the business of a luxury guest experience. We will absolutely not be back which is apparently their business model if they treat their guests and operate in this way

This place has completely deteriorated and they don’t seem to care. I’ve been an exhale member for over a year at this point. In the last year alone the Sauna has been broken for atleast 6 months and now the steam room is broken as well. One of the showers are broken, 90% of the lockers don’t work at all. They no longer give out robes unless your getting a massage service, no more water bottles , it’s dirty, smells like mildew , no more monthly parking fee , $15 parking for each visit, beach access is mostly “black out date” . Ritz Carlton and Exhale brands should both be ashamed. Feels like a motel 6.

We have been members for 2 years and this place has been progressively getting worse and worse until we finally had it and stopped our membership. The sauna in the men’s locker didn’t work for almost one year. Now the steam room is broken. They only have one shower in operating condition. 90% of the lockers are broken. They changed the towel service to these tiny ones that look like they for a child. The locker rooms are filthy and smell like mold. They don’t have an attendant so there are used towels and robes all over the floor. Finally my wife and I went today for a scheduled 4:45 one hour couples massage, arrived well on time and they tell me that our massages are going to be cut short because the masseuses have another massage at 5:30 i complained and said that’s not my problem. The manager lied to my face accusing us of being late. Well if we are scheduled for a one hour massage at 4:45 which I have the confirmation on my phone to prove it, then how can you have someone else scheduled at 5:30? Who is the LIAR????? This place for belong in Bal Harbour and the Ritz Carlton should not be affiliated with it. Horrible. Don’t waste your time and money.

This is the BEST membership you could ever do for yourself. I absolutely positively adore exhale Bal Habour! When I first started I hadn’t ever worked out (have always been intrinsically lazy), well NOT ANYMORE. Amanda and the other teachers are magnificent and I got into super shape in 6 weeks. I was given a one day free pass to try it out first so I did a class, sat in the sauna, had a coffee at the pool and loved it. The front desk staff are exceptional and kind, the grounds are beautiful and lux. The people you meet are wonderful. You can also take any class with a membership and they offer so many, yoga, sculpt, barre, cardio, you can also use the hotel gym, you get discounts on meals. They also a spa so you can do facials, massage get nails done. Try it one day and you will see!!!! Trust me.

Wow Wow Wow!!!I unfortunately was in a traumatic accident two weeks ago.I had seen a variety of doctors and physical therapists; chronic pain in every inch of my body; no medicine was helping and any professional was reluctant to make a recommendation of what to expect in terms of improvement or how long the process would take.I was not physically capable of getting out of my bed without help, and was under constant supervision to ensure my condition did not worsen.Entering Exhale I was expecting to at least get a "leisure" massage, something to temporarily take the pain away, or at least I was hoping to temporarily feel better.I shuffled into Exhale, dragging my feet on the ground, and leaning on objects to keep my balance.Fate works in mysterious ways: I was paired with Zudila. I explained my condition and simply hoped for the best.I've lost track of the amount spent on doctors advice, physical therapy, and advice that led nowhere.Zudila was able to read beyond the pain points I noted.I couldn't clearly explain what hurt because everything hurt, sitting hurt, standing hurt. Everything hurt. It's as if Zudila rewired my entire body. She literally gave me back my ability to walk ✨✨✨-I was able to walk back home from the massage, while I couldn't stand for more than a few minutes at a time proceeding the accident.Forever grateful :)What is amazing is that I had come back again. On my second visit I was capable of walking, but it seems that because some of the pain went away, the pain now became apparent in new parts of my body.Zudila's skills seem to be on a g-d given magical level: After my second session I was able to carry things. I went from walking to (slow) jogging. Its quite amazing that despite meeting all of these "professionals" that gave me advice that went nowhere, Zudila proved to be the only one that was actually helpful and capable of making me not only feel better, but also enabled me to walk and use my motor skills.Forever Grateful ? ? ?

It’s a very nice place and the atmosphere was chill. I scheduled an hour couples massage and it was maybe 45 minutes. Hard to tell when there are no clocks and you leave your phone in the locker. It was expensive but I don’t think any more than any other upscale place. Wasn’t happy with the non-negotiable 25% tip. I would have tipped less. Not because of the quality of massage I received, but again because it wasn’t an hour.I would not go here again or recommend this to anyone. I would find a different place to get your moneys worth

Hubby and I are both doctors and decided to have a day off through resort pass here. Massages were actually good but they charged my credit card without asking or telling me in checkout as I already paid beforehand through resortpass. Later that day, I saw my CC had a $450 charge. When asking for a refund, they gave a partial refund saying the rest was for a tip while we gave the masseuses cash tip. Called for the last week and a half to speak to a manager who I finally spoke with today, who noted the masseuses told her they did NOT get cash tip from us. Manager noted it’s their policy to charge 20% for all services and not to give cash tip next time and she will not be refunding me the remainder $70. What a disgrace to the two masseuses for lying and to the front desk employee charging me without notice (there’s a posted sign apparently somewhere?), and to the delay in getting back to me. Never again.

This place has potential but her customer service for members needs to be worked on tremendously. I’ve been charged twice without any communication as to why. The 1st time was for a class I signed up for but couldn’t make it. No one explained that I’d receive a charge the NEXT day if I didn’t show up. As a member when booking that should be explained. So I had to get that refunded. Another time was for another class, I had a class pass for that day. After the class I didn’t check out right away but already received a charge. When I already explained when booking I has a free class. I was told “oh we thought you weren’t checking out so we just automatically charged the card”. The lack of communication and the attitude makes no sense. For the amount you pay monthly and what’s offered it’s definitely not worth having the spa membership.

Amazing services and beautiful facility. I was interested in their fitness membership and after having 7 free days of fitness to try the classes out, I fell in love. The instructors are amazing and so on it that they make you super excited to go into class. They have a new functional mobility class with Cadizsh and that class is AMAZING !If you are looking for a place to get a great workout in and a refreshing atmosphere, look no further.Spa assistant and front desk staff are always happy to help and make sure you are informed about everything.
