“I recommend working with Dylan from this Bulgari. I purchased a piece for my wife, but at the time they did not have a 2nd item she wanted. It was old out nationally and no longer available. Dylan followed up 2 weeks later after finding one in another location for me. Further, it arrived the day before I flew out with my wife for her birthday and was unable to get to the store that day. He hand delivered the product to our home. Amazing service - of course the jewelry (necklace, bracelet) was lovely as in any location, and a good whisky and glass of champagne didn't hurt, but Dylan and his team exceeded expectations so it's no wonder he has been with them for so long.
