Came here today to have my luggage lock and a piece of wire that was attached to the inside strap that broke for repair. They (2 gentlemen, I forgot their names) were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Offered us a drink. I had my luggage tag personalized as well. We were done in like 15 minutes. I had two problems with my locks and Alejandro Trujillo at the Bal Harbour store who sold me some pieces stood behind the Rimowa warranty and made the repairs on sight, I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. Alejandro, great job and many thanks!
