I feel deeply indignant and offended and at the same time discriminated against since last night I made a purchase of a bag and some shoes at the Valentino Bal Harbor store, you bought the bag for a couple of hours to go to a dinner which was completely stained and impossible to use again, the leather must have come with some defect to absorb any type of color. Today I went to that store and the manager by the name of Shannon Soyad did not want to exchange my bag when I suggested that she exchange it for another one, even though I paid the difference I felt discriminated against since only her The answer was, I don't speak Spanish, I don't understand what you're telling me and we can't make the change nor can we help you with anything when I am a very good customer at Valentino store and they told me that no one spoke Spanish when the person who answers the phone told me Yes, he speaks Spanish.I send and upload photos of said bag requesting a brand as prestigious as Valentino, they exchange the bag for me, I am not asking for any refund

There was a Scientology pamphlet in the purse that that I purchased here and also the store smelled like farts. I SHANT be returning.

2 weeks ago I bought a pair of shoes in this store. They were too uncomfortable for me that I could never use them and I came to return them. When I got to the store, the attendant said that she had already used them and that she was not going to refund me. When I could never put them on. The worst store of all and the impudence of its people more.

I never write bad reviews as you can see on my profile. I have to be very upset to write. I went to Valentino to buy sunglasses and shoes. The lady who made the saleswoman there at the entrance was upset that I wanted to go inside even though I came with a smile and very nice and nicely dressed. When I started trying on sunglasses and asked for basic information about the size of the glasses, even though this information is a website and it would take her 10 seconds to look, she preferred to answer me in a very unpleasant tone: I don't have such information. When I went from glasses to shoes, the lady was already at the exit and was upset that I was still looking at my shoes and she said to her colleague: I already thought she was leaving. I didn't say anything to the lady and I was still polite, because I wouldn't let anyone spoil my mood, but it was a very unpleasant experience. I came from the movie Pretty Atom. Unfortunately, I don't know the saleswoman's name, but she was an older tall blonde with short hair. the lady saw me being accompanied by a saleswoman from another store, because I am a very good customer and they take very good care of me in other stores. I thought that saleswomen have commissions from sales, but probably not if they can behave like this. Thank you I couldn’t buy anything

Bal Harbour is so convenient with so many different Designer Stores. Valentino is a beautiful store filled with really nice merchandise. Jonathan was amazing, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and he helped me pick out a birthday gift for a friend of mine. His service was quick and efficient, he went above and beyond for me. I loved that my purchase was gift wrapped and shipped for free to my friend.
