Purchased chlorine on 8/24/2025. It seemed extremely weak. I poured the chlorine in a glass jar and tested it. There was barely any chlorine in the jug. It was mainly water. When we called and complained the staff said “it’s chlorine, it just doesn’t smell like chlorine”. They refused to refund our money. Our total was over $80.00!

Their website listed services provided, when I called to check I was told no..
That the website is controlled by corporate and they were independently owned..
One of the two need to correct this issue, now I am left searching for a solution that will now require at least a 35 minute trip to another city..
And people wonder why online shopping is hurting small business..Well when it states you have something and you don't, that's why we eventually stop shopping local...

You can find almost anything except for the machine screw I was looking for, granted the machine screw I was looking for was 3 1/2 inches long and uncommon.
