BEWARE For a few months I rented a climate control storage unit. I had everything i owned but my furniture stolen out of it. The management /employee was highly. Uncooperative when the police showed up. The cameras only tape for 7 days so if you don’t go there for a couple of weeks the police are out of luck to find the people that done it. The policeman told me if I rent another unit to call the police department to see how often they have break ins. He told me that affordable storage has a lot of break ins and I should have checked before renting.

Well since you ask I don't understand the point of having to pay the insurance every month. I ran into an issue where my storage unit was broken into. I filed the police report only for the insurance company I'm forced to pay by you, to tell me I had to have pictures taken before my things were stolen from your supposedly servaled secure facility that I again pay along with FAKE Insurance I'm forced to pay EVERY MONTH FAITHFULLY for about 2 years. Then on top of that you keep harassing me about your lock that you placed on my Unit that again was Robbed in your Servaled secure facility that I lost my most valuable assets in. I honestly just feel like that's the only way the things that the thieves decided to leave me will be safe. Please don't send me any feedback messages again.. and thank you for your services

Gate rarely works, can't get a person on phone very often. Call to pay bill. No answer. No voice mail, then get late fee.

I have been renting a storage unit here for years and love it. The property is gated and clean. Never had any issues with the company or my unit. Highly recommend using this company.

Had climate control unit for over 2 yrs. I was om auto payment. I cleared the unit and they still trying to take money auto. Rude and disrespectful people.

Over priced, LEAKY ROOFS, not kept or maintained, gates dont close half the time...full of rats, roaches and silverfish...very rude staff only on site one day a month...AVOID...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...DO NOT STORE HERE...
