took my dog to this clinic because he had bruises, after taking him to the groomers next door (which had nothing to do with it) and he said the bruises came from the clippers they used on him. He barely had contact with my dog and it was the assistant who did everything , they gave him an antifungal for his bruises when they clearly didn’t look like any type of fungus, he only checked his gums and didn’t say anything even tho they were white. Next day we took him to another vet and he was diagnosed with immune mediated hemolytic anemia, we had to get a full blood work and treatment

My shiatsu had a GI infection they gave the first treatment a test showed my baby had parvus virus they helped me find a hospital call them to tell them what they had treated my dog with, she was hospitalized for two days. Bartow Main St Vet staff are great, I highly recommend this place.

Cheaper than TLC. Rabies shots for $5. They actually let you go back with your animal before having them spayed or neutered. Will definitely be going back. Since he's an indoor/outdoor cat and actually was my neighbors and now between 2 houses, we all have different names for him sooo meet Sir Thomas-saki Kitty-Kitty ??

DO NOT waste your time or $$ at this clinic. My dog had an ear infection that was oozing and her ear canal was completely swollen shut. She was running a fever and miserable. The vet didn't say 1 word to me or even acknowledge I was in the room. He sat on a stool and held a pin light from about 3 feet away from my dog (didn't even turn the light on). That was it, nothing else. No explanation, no nothing. I was in utter disbelief. That 30 sec visit cost me $110 dollars and my dog got no relief at all until I could get her into a different vet...whom was wonderful and actual addressed the issue.

When no one else would take a severely injured cat needing surgery, they did, at a more than reasonable cost. A little difficult to reach via phone but in the end, they saved my girl's life.

Absolutely wonderful caring staff. They were so great to my new fur babies on their 1st visit a few days ago.

I will never take my animals to this clinic. I took my dogs for a wellness checkup and rabies shot. Why would they have a veterinarian who has a hearing problem do a wellness checkup. I was told my dog was just old. Two days later he started going down hill. He couldn’t eat or drink. My husband and I took him to another veterinarian and was told he had stage 5 heart failure. A couple days later we had to put him down. I had him for 17 years. I will never forgive the doctor who said he was just old.

My Coco had an itching problem. The shot that they gave him brought him great relief. Also, they caught an ear infection. The ear drops and antibiotic cleared that up too. The wait was a bit much but the overall experience was a good one.

Super easy to get a new patient appointment with this clinic. It was about 2 weeks out from when I called, which I feel is reasonable. When I came in for the appointment they took us back immediately and ran all the tests they felt were necessary for my cat and we were in/out of the clinic within an hour. It was also extremely reasonable pricing wise. Will definitely come back for more services in the future!

Staff was very nice. Price was very reasonably. No one in waiting room going in or leaving but still ran 1 hour behind. The doctor was elderly and not interested in animals, not informative and not personable. I am not sure if there is other doctors there as an alternative. It would be an inexpensive place to get vaccinations but maybe not for medical issues.

We took our dog here because we recently rescued him off the streets and wanted to give him a checkup. The first guy was super nice but we could barley understand him and all he did was weigh him and take his temperature. After that we walked over to Doctor Kia and they put him on a table and he mumbled everything he said. Did not hear a single thing and said he was fine. The dog is clearly malnourished and has fleas and needs some shots.

LGBTQ friendly..This place is great. Vet on the ridge wanted to charge me a combined 500.00. I'm disabled and so I came here and was out the door with 114.00. that included eye and ear medicine!

I took my kittens here 3 days ago they didn’t even really do an exam just looked at them and weighed them. They told me they were heathy they just needed their shots and proceeded to just give them the shots. 3 days later the kitten which I believed was sick, couldn’t move and has since passed away. I will not be taking an animal here again.
