I got a puncture in my tire while on vacation and luckily it was right by here. I was able to get it in to the wick lane just before it totally deflated. They were able to plug the tire for free and send me back on my way. Thanks

They have no sense of urgency! 2 weeks for an oil change, oil leak and one tire replacement. Every time you call to get an update they tell you that they are super busy and will get to it as soon as they can. I'm pretty sure as soon as a part needs ordered they put your car behind all the new appointments.

I didn't go for any parts. I went to speak to a Sales person about a used car that I was interested in. That was the first time being there. I really enjoyed the visit. The sales person was very nice an helpful in answering my questions, as well as being knowledgeable about different cars that I asked about. Thanks again for everything.

If I could give a this dealership a zero I would. We order a car in January and waited until May for it to come in. Upon our order we made sure all the items that we requested were secured. Upon the arrival of the car it turns out that not everything was secured. This dealership blame corporate Ford. I call corporate Ford and they stated it was independent dealership fault. The entire time I am trying to figure out who drop the ball & how I could save it the sale person and the sale manager didn't care. They keep saying they are not making any money off of this deal. When I spoke to Ford Corporate, especially Barbie, since I call over 10 time, she said in the end it independently own dealership to honor what we were suppose to receive. The sale manager Micheal said, "I can get more money out this if you don't close the deal." Even after reaching out the owner of dealership to let him know what was going on no response either. I get it! It a dealership market. Car are hard to get, inflation, etc... but when the sale manager came off smug and show no concern, empathy. Our actual sale guy was ok. Obviously they aren't hurting for sale. There hardly any new cars on the lot. We left no car. Interesting cause my next door neighbor raves about this dealership. We didn't have a good experience. I am almost tempted to go to Off Lease. There were so much more that went on but Just writing this review left me exhausted. You got the high level review.

Owner has been married three times and cheated on all three primary with underage women. Mother was investigated by the IRS. When you read the bumper stickers that I bought this piece of "hit" from Bartow Ford it is for real. Their mother places cans out in Tampa claiming to be raising money for animals. His sister was fired at Michael Kors for stealing. Be very concerned about doing any business with this company.

Re: ORDER #30958Although the part that I ordered online was not in stock, and there was a delay in shipping because they had to get it from the warehouse, which they did not inform me, and the parts shipment was “lost” during shipment by USPS. And I had not received my parts after a month, Tony, in parts, was very helpful in getting a second set of parts sent to me which arrived in just a couple days. I really appreciate Tony helping me to get the parts I needed to fix my 2003 Ford Windstar.

Bill Turner is the best salesman. we have purchased three vehicles from him. The quick lane was anything not quick today. Three to four hour wait turned into five plus hours! No reason given and no updates during the wait. Not very customer friendly

I would recommend them whole heartedly. I had such a great experience with both Shane and Patrick and the other salesmen were kind and friendly. Not only did they help through all the questions but worked hard getting me the right deals and financing with a great bank. Thank you Lolly as well. They are very professional and friendly. Our salesman Ian Whitehouse went above and beyond what you would expect from a salesperson. He took time to drive us back to our house to pick up our trade. Everyone we met was eager to help out. Their inventory was better than I expected because of the chip shortage. Very impressive facility including a restaurant on site.

My car was issued a extended warranty due to a cooling fan issue. After idling, my vehicle heats and shuts off. Ford has done this multiple times for service parts over the last few years of owning it. I have always brought my vehicle to the nearest Ford dealership with no problem. I was told even with all the information for my vehicle, I would have to bring my vehicle in for an inspection and possibly pay money. The only reason I'm doing it is for the recall. I'm so disappointed. I will never recommend this service droartmenr and will go to Jarred Ford down the road. Beware!!!
