For small businesses, these people are terrible. Your business card is constantly getting shut off, they say due to fraud, and if you deposit a larger amount on a check, they say they will hold 3-5 days. It's been twice now they have held them for 12 days. Which kills a small business and talking to them about it get you know where. All they can say is that every deposit is subject to hold just depends on how long they hold your money. Do not use them if you are a small business starting out.

The worst employees (including management they don’t do nothing when complaints are brought to them) they are very rude every time!! I drive a hour away to the Lakeland branch because they do have excellent customer service unlike the bartow branch

Very rude lady when I went to make a loan payment this lady makes me very frustrated constantly so she can’t find my account constantly asked for other identification from me asked for my license, my Social Security number. I never have an issue when I go to any SunTrust but I find it very out of line how she treated me in last time how I went to make a payment. I’ve never experienced this before and even with a gentleman saying the same thing that he can’t find my account whenever I go to any SunTrust I bring the slip that they give me and they never have any issue finding my account. I think she lost the respect how to treat people. When someone is making a loan payment you don’t give them a hard time your job is to help them not make them frustrated. I will never go there again horrible horrible experience and terrible customer service on both of them work on your customer service skills and treat people with respect and not literally use your job to embarrass them or constantly say that you can’t find their account because you don’t know how to do your job right.

Always a hassel since they became Truist of Bartow....BBandT was bad enough but these people take it to another level.. they make you wait in the drive thru and then tell you to come inside. Then you wait in the line in the lobby and then they tell you that you have to see a banker. Guess what.. then you set in line and wait for the banker. I don't know what Brittani's problem is but she's rude to me every time I go in there. She treats me like I owe her money. She's rude and condescending but the worst is the way she talks to people... customer service matters and that witchy attitude makes me not want to bank here.

I deposit $35000 and is been more than a week i can use it, i call and wait for over 59 minutes and no one answered, horrible moments.

Every time someone answers I hear them breathe then they hang up. Understandable if your busy, not understandable to just hang up without speaking at all.
